You will have the entire home and the garage all to yourself. You can also park an additional vehicle right outside the front door. If you need one more space, we have guest parking in Waterside Village about 1000 feet away (nice short, safe, walk)
 
We have a portable play yard/crib in the closet you can take out and use if you have a little one. Also, a booster seat you can use at your risk.
 
There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig for that morning coffee :) We have courtesy k-cups for you as well.
 
You can use everything in the garage. Including beach chairs, toys for kids, umbrellas, etc. Our home is your home.
 
If you need anything or have any questions, message/text us and we will gladly be of service.

Other things to note
This is a new listing. We will be updating it and fully completing it soon. We have bookings already because of our previous guests that have stayed in our 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1865 sq ft, Panama City Beach, beachfront condo with amazing views, loved our service and the discounts we offer on return visits.

Great host!!


Eliseo was a great host with a beautiful home! He was very communicative about everything and always responded fast. The house is very spacious and a great location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Mexico Beach!! The house was clean and beautiful. We could walk right to the beach and to local restaurants! Host was very friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay! Very short walk to the beach and pool. Plenty of chairs and a beach wagon available. Host was extremely proactive and very easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay at Eliseo's place!


We loved our stay at Eliseo's place! The house was very nice and clean as well as roomy and well stocked. We had small children and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys and a beach cart at the house, so it was nice to not have to bring any beach necessities with us. The kids also enjoyed the pool and fishing off the back dock in the canal. Eli was super responsive and there were not a lot of check out rules and cleaning, which is nice when trying to pack up with children. We are hoping to get the house again for a trip later this year!
