Check-In, Resort Fees, and Snowbird Specials
 Easy Self-Check-In – Upon arrival, simply check in at the front desk/doorperson after crossing the walkover from the garage to the main building.
 
 Age Requirement – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old per HOA rules. Some exceptions may be considered—contact us for details.
 
 Tidewater Resort Fee – A $68 resort fee is required and paid directly to Tidewater via a pre-registration link that will be provided. This one-time fee covers your entire stay (not per guest). It includes:
 
Up to 3 parking passes
Wristbands for all guests, granting access to pools, fitness center, and resort amenities
LOW Monthly Winter Rates – Snowbirds Welcome!

Parking & Garage Information
 
Ample parking is available in the indoor gated garage, located across the street from the main building.
A gate code is required for entry. You will receive this upon booking.
Maximum vehicle height allowed is 7 feet 2 inches. Larger vehicles, including pickups with extended beds/cabs, dually trucks, or those equipped with tow bars and luggage carriers, must park in the north side rear of the garage.
Prohibited vehicles: Watercraft, trailers, campers, motorhomes, buses, oversized vehicles, rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not allowed in the garage or porte-cochere and may be towed at the renter’s expense.
A skybridge on Level 2 connects the parking garage to the main building for easy access.
 
Age Requirement & Rental Policies:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, unless booking for a family. We may make some exception for special occasions or circumstances- please message us.
 
You will receive wristbands to access resort amenities and a parking pass upon check-in.
 
Nearby Attractions & Activities
Adventurous guests will love the wide range of water sports available nearby, including kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, diving, and snorkeling excursions.

Peak Season Check-In Tips
During high-demand periods such as summer and spring break, Saturday check-ins can result in long elevator wait times due to the large number of guests arriving at once. If you’re arriving on a Saturday:
 Consider arriving later or checking if early check-in is possible. Contact us to find out if room is ready earlier.
 Plan to go out for dinner or grocery shopping before heading to the condo to avoid the rush.
 If our unit is available earlier, we can arrange for you to drop off your luggage while we complete cleaning, so you can explore the area in the meantime.
 If there’s no prior check-out on your arrival day, we’ll gladly allow early check-in so you can avoid the elevator delays altogether.

Love to come back and stay again!


I cannot express enough how perfect Eli’s home worked out for our group. We had 4 teen girls with us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a luxury! It also helped that we were off season despite our spring break stay. We only ran into challenges with elevator wait times once in four days. Fernanda is amazing! She reached out as soon as our booking was finalized and provided information, encouragement, and support throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay again!

Incredible location!


Tidewater is an incredible location for a vacation with fantastic views of the Gulf. The whitest sand I have ever seen. This was my 11th trip to PCB (from Burlington, Canada) and my 11th time at the Tidewater. I guess you can say I love the location.

Girls trip with sisters, daughter & niece. Condo was as described and had everything needed for a wonderful long weekend. Sunset view was amazing!! Owner & assistant were proactive with communication. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
