Its a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, with a modern touch and centrally-located in the Roseau Valley, 10 minutes drive from the capital Roseau, and surrounded by some of Dominica's most famous tourism sites, including Freshwater Lake, Boerie Lake, Boiling Lake, Titou Gorge, Trafalgar Falls, Middleham Falls, hot springs, snorkeling Champagne Reef and Waitukubuli Trails.
 
The space
Its a Triplex with a three bedroom two-baths upstairs and two separate one-bedroom apartments downstairs. Apt one is a one-bedroom, one bathroom fully furnished with all amenities available. The structure is on a 8000sqft lot in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by various fruit trees, including but not limited to guava, bananas, coconuts, custard apple, golden apple and avocado. Apartment two is occupied by long-term tenant and upstairs is occupied by host,
 
Other things to note
A section of road is missing from G00gle Maps and finding the apartment can be tricky at times but a detailed video is send to guest before arrival which helps a a lot.

Enjoy hiking, listening to music, travelling.
A section of road is missing from Google Maps and to find the apartment Maps.me app is required because it have a more accurate map layout of Dominica (including all the hiking trails) and it can be used offline as well. Renting a car is recommended for moving around or Taxi arrangement can be provided.

Great Host!!


Lessie's was a great host. The lodging was clean and accurate to the pictures. It was just what we were looking for and he got us in same day on the booking. Would stay again there.

I would happily stay here again.


This is the best price. The host, Lessie, and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they shared a wealth of local information that was extremely helpful for visitors. Their hospitality truly made my vacation feel special. The location is also excellent—it’s possible to walk to the Roseau Valley viewpoint, Trafalgar Falls, and the hot springs (about a 45-minute walk or a 15-minute drive). I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I had a most enjoyable stay at Lessie’s vacation apartment. Even though we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, we did have the opportunity to interact quite a bit with Lessie, his wife Nettie and their lovely kids. We cannot express enough, the kindness and hospitality extended to us by this family. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and most importantly safe, however, you do need transportation to stay there and to get around. We would definitely stay at Lessie’s vacation rental again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

it's great value for money!


I highly recommend Lessie's place. Located in the heart of nature, the accommodation is clean, well-equipped and the wifi connection is good. In addition, the host is very responsive and gives good advice for logistics. I won't hesitate to rent this place again, it's great value for money.

Amazing apartment!


Amazing apartment! Lessie and his wife were extremely nice and helpful. It was really clean, has smart TV with Netflix, the AC worked well. we definitely recommend this place, one of the best!!
