Interstate 39 North/South Exit 156 Whiting/Stevens Point, get off the ramp going west to Whiting Road, drive 1.2 miles, turn north on traffic light on RT 51N, cross the lake bridge, railway crossings, two blocks the Hotel Blue Top Inn will be on the right side.

Terms:
 
1. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
2. I understand this is a non-smoking motel and a fee of $150.00 will be charged for smoking in room or any other in-door area. 
3. Pet charge is $25.00 per night
4. Free Wifi Internet Use is complimentary and should be used for the intended use within the given guidelines of the Internet service provider and violation of copyright infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest by the state and city laws and jurisdiction.
5. Room Keys are to be returned upon checkout by the guest. For any loss damage and non-return of the key at checkout, $10.00 will be charged to CC on file as incidental with no exception.
6. Guests need to verify all the inventory at the time of check in and report for anything missing immediately at check in.. any missing inventory at check out will be charged to Guests CC on file.
7. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates are discounted rates offered. Once checked in ... NO refund will be given post 24 hr cancelation or early check outs.
8. Effective immediately all Long Term guests will have to get their own PO Box to receive their mail. Hotel will NOT be receiving mail for LT guests and it will be Returned To Sender(RTS). Exceptions may apply to the temporary migrant LT workers, special permit use LT guests and Corporate or decision made by the management accordingly.
