Villa Mango B&B is located at the edge of the Nosara Biological Reserve and within walking distance to the beach of Pelada. It features an outdoor, salt-water swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
 
The rooms offer rustic décor with fans, jungle and sea views, and terraces with hammocks. The bathrooms are private and come with shower.
 
We serve a full breakfast for guests to enjoy, included in the room rate. Guests can also find meal options and bars in the area of the beaches of Guiones Beach, 3.5 km away or Pelada, 1km away.
 
Villa Mango B&B is a 10-minute walk from the beach of Pelada and another 15-minute walk, on the beach to reach Guiones Beach.  Activities like surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, bird-watching, fishing and yoga are a few among many more.
 
Nosara Local Airport is a 6-minute drive away and the Nosara Town Centre is 4.5 km away. We recommend a vehicle when staying in Nosara.

Jo and Agnes have been a couple for 38 years. Originally from Europe, we lived 12 years in the USA and moved to Costa Rica 23 years ago, driving our motorcycles through Mexico and Central America. We established Villa Mango, our first business ever, with the mind of opening our house to guests and create new friendships that way. We met many people for all over the world and will meet even more in the years to come.

Amazing Stay


I stayed at Villa Mango for 10days. 2 days into it and it already felt like home. Jo and Agnes are the best hosts, the breakfast is delicious and the setup of the breakfast allows you to meet a lot of interesting people. ALSO waking to sounds of birds and monkeys!!

I loved this place! Probably in all my world travels this place is in the top 3. Loved it!! Nice folks operating it, beautiful location — just tooo good — like being in heaven but you don’t have to die to get there.

I loved how quiet and relaxing it was. No noise from the town and cars - just monkeys and breezes. We could have spent the whole stay just watching the birds from the veranda. The pool was gorgeous! We opted for air conditioning and we slept like babies every night.

Wonderful stay with great views


I loved the atmosphere. It's like home away from home. Hosts Agnes and Jo are so lovely and go out of their way to help the guests, give information and to take care in all the possible ways. The views were stunning. All the surroundings very cozy. The breakfast was wonderful. It's close to the beach and to the biological reserve. It also has a little gym area to exercise overlooking the jungle. This place has a soul and a lot of guests during my visit were returning guests, coming to Nosara specifically just for Villa Mango. I would do the same!

What a gem! Such a beautiful property with gorgeous ocean and jungle views. Breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs to order was the perfect start to the day. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, and I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful view from the bed, very cool and large bathroom. Amazing common terrace (again, with a sea view) . Great pool with palms around.

Absolutely everything, especially the hosts. The view is spectacular, the atmosphere is warm and family-like. The rooms are comfortable, and the entire house is extremely welcoming and very clean. We were sad to leave.
