The space
The Grange is minimalistic and serene in its decor and theme.
The two spacious bedrooms have en suite outdoor spa style bathrooms.
Full kitchen is part of the interior great room - but the terraces are where you will end up spending your days and nights !
The ocean terrace is equipped with retractable wind and rain blinds so you can enjoy the sounds of a beautiful tropical rain on those rare days.
A three step infinity pool overlooks the beach.
The front terrace has a large screen TV viewing area with cable and a large selection of movies.
The home and pool are tastefully enclosed by a native stone wall and protected by an electric security fence for complete peace of mind.
You will be provided with daily (mandatory) housekeeping, two gardeners, and our own private "playero" who tends exclusively to Javo Beach at Playita.
In-house cooking and laundry services can be provided for an additional fee.
 
Guest access
The Grange is completely private to yourselves. You have free access to our oceanfront property grounds. You will have beach lounge chairs and tiki umbrella reserved for your daily use, or you can choose to relax in the hammocks of our private beach rancheta steps away from JAVO beach.
 
Other things to note
There are many excursions available locally, from boat tours, to guided horseback or quad riding to several lovely beaches ! We are available to make suggestions and help organize any requests. Las Galeras is a small and more quiet village, where you can experience local flavor and beautiful beaches without hordes of tourists.

Beautiful Property!


Yocasty's property was exceptionally beautiful, immaculate, and with every comfort imaginable. She has a dream-team of ladies who maintain the property daily. We also had them prepare a delicious meal for us one evening. Access to the beach was easy and quick, and waking up to the sound of surf every morning was delicious. I was unwell while traveling, and Yocasty kindly arranged for me to see a local doctor who took excellent care of me. I would be delighted to stay here again. Many thanks!

Absolutely wonderful experience, hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery Samana has to offer.
