Rustic charm...unique cottage, steps away from our beautiful pristine Javo Beach on Playita. Queen bed, full kitchen, lovely open air bathroom, A/C, Wifi, small garden and terrace. Cottage is gated with a security fence and CCTV.
 
The space
Javo Beach is one of the first properties and accommodations in the Dominican Republic that has received a certificate from the German Tourism organization TourCert - GIZ as strictly following a biodiversity and sustainability program.
 
Guest access
The cottage is 100 yards from the beautiful Playita beach !
 
You have private access through our landscaped gardens to JAVO Beach where you will have two lounge chairs and a tiki umbrella available for your use daily, right on the sand - looking out onto turquoise waters !
 
You also have use of a covered ranchetta with hammocks, armchairs, bathroom/changing room and freshwater shower completely private and steps from the beach!
 
Other things to note
The Cottage is not sea view.
We can provide a secure parking for your vehicle.
 
The property has a private helipad. GPS coordinates provided upon request.
 
In case the cottage is not available at your selected dates, we suggest you check the availability of our other properties, Javo Beach The Cottage, Javo Beach The Nest and Javo Beach The Grange

Great stay!


My partner and I stayed at Yocasty’s cottage for four night over Valentine’s Day weekend. We cannot say enough great things about our experience! The cottage felt homey, safe, and being just steps away from the beach doesn’t hurt either. Yocasty and her staff were very accommodating and helped us with making reservations, and providing us with recommendations while in town. If you ever make the trip to Samana, you must stay at the cottage!

We enjoyed our stay


This is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been to! Peaceful surroundings. Beautiful ocean breezes thru the open windows at night. This place is truly an amazing experience. And you get taken care of so well!! A short walk in the beautiful, private gardens takes you to one of the most stunning beaches with amazing blue water! You can easily walk to town where you will find good restaurants! We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to be back someday!!

Great Cottage!


The cottage was incredibly beautiful, almost magical. Once you enter the secure gate the property is very well maintained, lush greenery and Agustin was fantastic, he was there to greet us and show us around. The outside shower/ bathroom was a bit different but different can sometimes be an experience you enjoy and we enjoyed it. Showering outside and feeling the ocean breeze made us feel refreshed and ready for the days adventure or a goodnights sleep. Speaking of sleep the bed was very comfortable. Water was provided for drinking and brushing your teeth etc. The host, Yocasty even left fresh bread for us. The attention to detail and the care our host put into this cottage was great. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The location is great


We had a lovely week in this cute and cozy casita. The location is great, the calm and beautiful beach is just a few steps away from your door. Access to the beach chairs every day plus the private hammocks on the property felt luxurious to us. The cleanliness of the casita took the experience to a next level in a tropical surrounding. Big recommendation, would definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation, fantastic Location, very tastefully decorated. Loved everything, especially having daily housekeeping, fresh towels and beach chairs at the beach included.
