Our guesthouse offers cozy & affordable accommodations to any tourist. Our little paradise is located in the village of Wotton Waven, Home to many sulphur spas. This is the perfect location to enjoy a therapeutic sulphur bath from five different sulphur spa locations, all within a 2-5 minute walking distance.  Le Petit Paradis was founded in 1998, birthed from the owners’ desire to fund their first child’s accommodation when he received an International Basketball Scholarship in the USA at fifteen years old. They thought of many different ways to fund him, but quickly realised that hosting guests was the best option for them and their family. They started from humble beginnings, building a very small one-bedroom cottage and hosted their first guest for one week. That’s when they realized this was a very lucrative business that could send their first son to school and support their entire family.

We are a family-owned business that ensures every guest entering our little paradise is well fed, well taken care of and feels at home. Regardless of your background, our friendly nature embraces any and everyone You become apart of the Le Petit Paradis extended family! We pride ourselves in preparing local homemade cuisine with fresh ingredients harvested from our local farmers and our small backyard garden. Each plate is seasoned with the love of God and cooked to perfection.

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:
 
Free Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date. No fees will be applied.
 
Late Cancellation: 
If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the scheduled cancellation date, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation,
 
No-Show Policy:
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Great family run guesthouse in beautiful surroundings. Everybody was very nice with good services and great restaurant! Every evening we were told and shown what local ingredients were used to prepare dinner. Yesterday we joined in a local Valentines dinner. This was a wonderful experience!! Thanks!

Little paradise in beautiful Dominica


Very warm, friendly and helpful host family. Delicious meals cooked with fresh, local ingedients. Daily explanations of how the dinners are prepared and which vegetables and fruits are used. Beautiful mountain valley environment with luxuriant vegetation watered by frequent rain showers. Beautiful rainbows! Waterfalls and volcanic springs and baths close to the accomodation.

Homely feeling, cute place. Al is a gentlemen, and adorable, entire staff very kind. Less than 5 minutes walk to one sulphur bath, less than 10 minutes of other on south edge of villiage. Dinner and breakfast fairly set, but healthy and done with a home touch.

The owners were so nice, and the longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with the family. Also, the location was near many of Dominicas main attractions (waterfalls, gorge, baths, hikes, etc). The meals were fantastic. We loved trying local dishes.

Everything. Joan and Al our hosts gave us the best experience we could hope for, sorting out car hire and a guide for Boiling Lake, home cooked meals every night, the most beautiful views over the valley and easy walking to the local sulphur spa.
