The spacious Penthouse is in one of the island’s most sought-after areas where you can tour, shop, dine, and more, and when you get tired, head to your private rooftop pool deck, kick back, and watch the sun setting over the horizon with an aperitif in hand.

The space

Modern but with a homey chic, Villa La Perla Sky is all about sweeping views and convenience! You’ll be able to do various activities, ranging from tennis and gym sessions to relaxing massages and private boat tours from the Marina. Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable.

The penthouse features a modern kitchen that includes all appliances needed.

There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio.

 

Each of the three bedrooms is highly comfortable and offers panoramic views. The bedrooms have air-conditioners and ceiling fans and the beds are king-size. Two of the bedrooms come with a TV, the third bedroom does not have a TV. Moreover, two bedrooms come with En-suite bathrooms, the third bathroom is apart and considerably smaller.

The Apartment also has a sizable balcony great for morning coffees, a big 65-inch smart TV, and a rooftop with a plunge pool ideal for sunbathing, al fresco dinners, and evening cocktails.

 

Guest access

The Penthouse La Perla Sky is set on the Dutch/French border in a high-end Mediterranean-style village called Porto Cupecoy Marina.

You will have access to all of the residence’s public amenities, including a stunning garden, a swimming pool, a gym, a supermarket and tennis courts. As one of the island’s most popular places, the vibrant village is also very green and rejuvenating.

The apartment's location is hard to beat, as many of the island’s main attractions are within a quick 15-minute drive: several impressive beaches, superb shopping and dining, the French capital Marigot, airport, casino and nightlife at Maho, to name a few.

This penthouse was absolutely beautiful


This penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The views were breathtaking. Enzo was very attentive and responsive. My only concern was that the sliding glass doors have no locks but Enzo assured us that there was no way of anyone getting up there since we were on the top floor and need a key to even go up that high. There is security at the front gate. And need an access key to even get in the building and through the gates throughout the property. Overall the penthouse was amazing

Enzo was amazing at giving recommendations as I was visiting for my birthday. me and my guests love the scenery and was very comfortable during our stay. We endured parts of the hurricane and he even sent local news to keep us updated and safe.!

This stay was amazing! Definitely paradise! Enzo the host was awesome and always informative and helpful. The house looked amazing just like the pictures and presented luxury along with relaxation. The house and all amenities were clean and the people were very friendly and nice. This property made the trip even more enjoyable and added to a most memorable experience for my first visit to St Maarten. I would definitely book this listing again.

We loved it!


What can we say. We loved it! Just as described and better. Enzo was great and easy to communicate with. Definitely be back. The store right beside was awesome. Just a note, cupecoy beach is clothing optional ???? can’t wait to go back, perfect location! This is our 4th time on the island and this location is going to be hard to beat.

The villa was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in! It had everything we needed and more. Enzo was an amazing host—very reliable, always checking in, and full of great recommendations. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and social spots nearby. One of the best perks was having a supermarket and so many dining options right in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Lux Villa. Our host and concierge were very accommodating. We had a little hiccup with one member of our group but Enzo and Jasmine were able to rectify the situation. Overall, I love the amenities and the fact that our concierge was on top of everything. He sent us daily activities/recommendations. I would book this villa again. Thank you!
