This villa is designed to rekindle your love for the sea – a perfect abode where you bask in the beauty of our island. This spacious 600-square-foot haven offers a spacious bedroom, designed to provide an immersive experience of Saint Lucia’s stunning coastline, with a full-size kitchen, living area with queen sofa bed, and dining table.

Guest access

Guests are met by host or rep at check-in for intro and walkthrough of property. Guests have access to all spaces except storage areas that will be pointed out at check-in. These areas in no way limits the functionality of the villa.

 

HOUSE RULES

We have prepared this space for comfort and enjoyment. Please treat it with care and respect. Failure to comply with any of the house rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund.  All amounts reflected in the house rules are quoted in US Dollars. 

We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone under the age of 25 years old. 

Checking In and Out:

Check-in after 4:00 PM.  Check-in after 6:00 P.M. without prior arrangement may be subject to a $40 charge.

Checkout before 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available. Contact management for special requests.

 

At check-in, guests will be required to complete a guest registration form and to provide a copy of government issued ID or photo page of passport (discarded at check-out).  All guests and their vehicles must be listed on the guest registration form. To determine whether our facilities suit your entire group along with correct rates, we need to know how old each guest, including children, will be at check-in. Overcrowding of the property will not be tolerated. With permission, additional guests may be added for a fee. If the occupancy restrictions as stated in this contract are violated, understand that immediate eviction will take place and all monies paid will be forfeited.

 

• PET POLICY: NO PETS ALLOWED
• Guests have access to the entire home except for overhead storage cabinet or other locked cabinets as pointed out at check-in.
• We do not offer travel insurance. We do however recommend that you purchase travel insurance separately in case of unforeseen circumstances or dangerous weather such as hurricanes or tropical storms that require mandatory evacuation.

 

What to Bring:

• Any desired special shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, etc.
• Sunscreen
• Insect Repellent
• In case you forget anything, the local shops have pretty much everything you would need for your stay with us.

 

 

Taxi, Rideshare & Excursions Policy and Indemnification Agreement:

Guests of Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc. may choose to use taxi services, rideshare platforms, or participate in excursions or activities, including those arranged by, coordinated with, referred by, or suggested by villa staff. These services are operated by independent third parties and are not owned, controlled, or managed by Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc.  Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc. assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other incident resulting from the use of any third-party transportation or activity provider, even if arranged, facilitated, or recommended by the villa, or if guests are picked up or dropped off on villa premises.  Guests engage third-party service providers at their own discretion and risk. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify the safety, licensing, insurance, and reliability of any service they choose to use.  Guests agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc., its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use of any taxi, rideshare, or excursion service, regardless of how the service was arranged or initiated.  By using or engaging with any transportation or activity services in connection with their stay, guests acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Children:

Children of all ages are welcome.  Children 12 and above will be charged as adults at this property.  To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

Crib and Extra Bed:

Extra bed upon request.  $20 per child, per night for Crib and extra bed.  Extra bed based on availability for children 2 - 11 years.  Prices for cribs and extra beds are not included in the total price. They will have to be paid for separately during your stay.  The number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the option you choose.  All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Maintenance & Emergencies:

If you have a problem, give us a call. We will have a resolution for you (to the extent practical) within four hours of notification. We want you to have a trouble-free vacation.  No consideration will be given to any maintenance issues not brought to management's attention during the stay or at the time they occur.

Doors and Windows:

Parents traveling with children under age 10 should be mindful of the elevation of the units they occupy. Please do not allow children to open doors or windows. It is mandatory that children remain supervised inside and outside of the villa.

Damage to Your Villa:

You will be responsible for all damage to your Villa rented. In the event the security deposit or damage insurance does not cover the cost of repairs or replacement, you will be required to pay the cost upon check-out.

Items Left in Your Vacation Villa:

We are not responsible for items left in your vacation Villa. Make sure you check medicine cabinets, drawers, closets, and outside areas for all items you may have brought to your vacation Villa.

Decks:

No fireworks on premises at any time. Do not light fireworks in the grass. No noise disturbances. Do not exceed house occupancy at any time during your stay.

Illegal Substances:

No illegal substances of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies, including loss of full deposit.

Smoking:

Yellow Sands is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is only allowed on designated ground level. All cigarette butts must be completely extinguished and discarded in the identified clay pot. Any smoking within the living spaces will result in the immediate termination of the reservation, loss of all deposit money, an additional $300 fine, plus any extra required cleaning fees necessary to return the home to proper condition.

Unauthorized Pets:

Guests will be subject to eviction without refund if unauthorized pets are found at the property.

Disturbances:

If the owner, property manager, or law enforcement is called out for any disturbances, a minimum $100.00 fee will be debited from your security deposit. Repeated violation of these policies may result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies and/or additional charges.

House Amenities:

Additional deck furniture, recreational games, equipment, and similar items can be made available for an additional cost and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given due to negligent breakdown.

House Parties:

No parties or large celebratory gatherings are allowed in the villa’s living spaces. All parties and other celebratory gatherings are restricted to the Game Room or other outdoor spaces and pool deck.

Linen Service:

We have an excellent linen service which includes all the linens for beds, towels, wash clothes, dish cloths and dish towels. The best part is you don’t have to wash them when you depart check-out. However, you will be charged for any missing and/or damaged linens, towels etc. Please do not take the towels provided to the beach.

Cleaning Service:

The nominal cleaning fee only covers standard sanitizing of kitchen, bath, and floors, making the beds etc. Guests are required to leave the home picked up and the furniture placed in the original position. Additional cleaning charges will apply if the home is not left as indicated in the checkout procedures of the rental packet.  Unit is subject to inspection every three days of your stay.

Deep Cleaning Charge:

If excessive cleaning is required due to the use of carnival makeup, glitter, sequins, feathers, body paint, or similar materials, an additional deep cleaning charge of USD$500 will be assessed.  Please be considerate and remove such items from your body before entering the villa and before using furniture, bedding, or common areas. There is a shower located on the pool deck level for your convenience

Unregistered Guests and Unauthorized Visitors:

Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.   Bringing unregistered guests or visitors onto the premises without management’s consent is strictly prohibited.  Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund.  Additional charges will apply for unregistered guests discovered during your stay.

Extra Persons:

Rates per Unit are based on two-person occupancy per bedroom. Extra person charges for individuals aged 11 and above will apply on a per night basis in all categories. From Dec 20 – Jan 2, May 1 -12, and July 7-27, the extra person charges for ages between 11 and 15, is $65.00; and for age 16 and over, is $100.00 per person per night. For all other times, the extra person charge is $60.00 for ages 11 and above, limiting two extra person per Villa. Each Villa allows two children under age 11. Guests having more than two children under age 11 will be subject to a $25.00 per child, up to four children per Villa. Contact the host regarding the availability of Floating Bedroom to accommodate additional guests.

Floating Bedroom:

This space requires separate inquiries before booking and is connected to the villa via an elegant internal staircase.  It is complete with full bunk beds, perfect for teenagers or single adult guests and is situated on the Pool Deck level.  This space features a sleek on-suite with a refreshing stand-up shower, ensuring privacy and convenience. Equipped with a whisper-quiet ceiling fan and air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator is at your disposal for cool refreshments, while a flat-screen TV provides entertainment at your fingertips.

Beach Access Policy & Indemnification Agreement:

Please be advised that the beaches in St. Lucia are public.  Any vendors that operate on the beach are in no way associated with or acting on behalf of Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc.  Guests of Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc. may use the designated pathway and staircase to access the beach. The pathway and staircase are provided as a courtesy, and guests understand that their use is at their own risk. By utilizing the pathway and staircase to the beach, guests agree to assume all risks associated with the use of these facilities, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss. Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that occur while guests are on the pathway, staircase, or on the beach. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the pathway, staircase, or beach area. This includes but is not limited to any claims brought by third parties for injury, loss, or damage.  Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and be mindful of potential hazards when accessing the beach. Yellow Sands Luxury Villas Inc. is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or conditions, such as weather, terrain, or other hazards, that may present themselves while on the path to or at the beach.  By booking and/or using the beach access, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:

Children under 12 years must always be accompanied by an adult.  Non-swimmers and individuals with limited swimming abilities should not use the pool without supervision.  Persons with infectious diseases, open wounds, or any kind of skin infection are prohibited from entering the pool.  Shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and other substances that can contaminate the water.  No glass containers or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.  Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the pool.  Running, rough play, and diving in shallow areas are not allowed.  Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants are not permitted in the pool area.  Appropriate swimwear must always be worn. Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers.  Do not remove or alter pool equipment, such as ladders, filters, or covers.  Pool furniture must be used responsibly and not be placed in the pool.  Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency equipment and exits.  In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and/or use emergency signaling devices if available.  Users of the pool do so at their own risk. The management of Yellow Sands Luxury Villas is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.  Failure to comply with these rules may result in the temporary or permanent revocation of pool privileges.  Guests acknowledge their responsibility to inform and ensure that all persons using the swimming pool during the rental period are aware of and comply with these rules.  This agreement/waiver is an integral part of the original rental agreement between the guest(s) and Yellow Sands Luxury Villas.  By booking this facility, you hereby release and hold harmless Yellow Sands Luxury Villas, its owners, agents, employees, and any affiliated cleaning and maintenance personnel or companies, from any liability, claims, demands, or actions whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, injury, or death that may occur while using the swimming pool. This release includes liability arising from the negligence of any party released, or others, and covers both personal injury and property damage.

Special Events with Stay:

Weddings, Parties, Reunions, Company Gatherings, Proms, Homecomings, Receptions, Picnics, etc. are allowed with the following requirements:

Designated Renter must sign a separate Event Agreement and is subject to the following conditions:

1. A minimum three-night stay required for events
2. Pay an event fee starting from $1500 (depending on the headcount and event)
3. Remit a fully refundable damage deposit of $2,000
4. The number of guests allowed will depend on the occupancy of other Villas
5. Should an event require overnight accommodation for additional guests, please consult the host in advance. (Failure to do so will invoke the cancellation policy)
6. Guests more than the reservation on file will be subject to the Extra Person policy
7. Event is restricted to the Game Room and Outside Grounds including Pool and Deck
8. All tables, chairs, tents, etc. required for the event beyond what Yellow Sands normally provides, will be made available to Guest at an additional charge. Guests are not allowed to bring any of the aforementioned items to the facilities without the prior approval of management

NB: The villas are on a septic system. Any costs associated with misuse or overloading of the septic system will be charged to the Designated Renter.

I acknowledge that such information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice.
