Description

Studio Two's waterfront rental is located on the ground level. We provide outside table and chairs, and just around the corner, the barbecue grill. Our accommodations include king bed, living and dining area with a pull out futon, polished terrazzo floors, waterfront patio, literally 6 feet from the water, full size and equipped kitchens, A/C and cable TV.

Cancellation Policy
 
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get their deposit back less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
 
In the unlikely event that a hurricane interrupts your stay, your deposit will be reimbursed in full. If a hurricane is predicted to hit the Florida Keys and the Monroe County Emergency Management Director orders the tourists to leave the Florida Keys, your reservation will be refunded in full. The definition of interrupt is as follows: the Keys are under a hurricane watch or warning within three days of your arrival or any time during your stay, or our apartments are damaged by a storm prior to your arrival and we are unable to provide you with quality accommodations.

It was wonderful


My husband and I stayed here, it was wonderful. The wildlife was amazingmanatees, nurse sharks, and so many fish right by the dock! The locals were friendly and the time spent was very relaxing!

I visit the keys often and stay in cheaper places so you get what you pay for but I dont go there to sleep. I must say that Davids place is a palace. I was blown away at how clean and inviting the place was. I will definitely check Davids place for availability when I come back! Thank you David for such a wonderful warm place to stay. T. Maxwell

Beautiful sunsets


The weather was perfect, the sunsets beautiful, the location good and the kayaks were a plus. The road traffic was a bit noisy during the day but very quiet and private at night 3/2/2024 at 9:52 PM

We had an absolute blast at Conch Key Villas. The unsite manager Pete was awesome. They had so many additional items on the property that we could use. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend anyone that's interested in staying here.

Absolutely stunning location with incredible views. Dolphins, manatees, nurse sharks and all sorts of fish right outside your back door! David and Daphnie were very easy to work with and Pete (the onsite manager) was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite place we've stayed in the Keys by a long shot. We're looking forward to going back again next year.
