The space

Enjoy full access to the home, gardens, hot tub, gaming setup, outdoor firepit, hammock area, and private forest trails. Walk two blocks north to beach access via the Ocean Crest Stairs. You will also be close to Seabrook's amenities - tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, and so much more - just a quick 2 miles away.

Our property offers the best of both worlds: serene seclusion as well as proximity to the vibrant Seabrook resort community. Whether you're lounging in an Adirondack chair at sunset, roasting s'mores under the stars, or relaxing in the hot tub as eagles soar overhead, this is your place to unplug and reconnect with nature and each other.

Located just outside of Seabrook, WA, this home sits atop a cliff on 5 private acres of coastal rainforest. The surrounding area offers unmatched natural beauty-- think of multiple rainforest trails, dramatic shorelines, and wildlife sightings all while being minutes from shops, restaurants, and family friendly activities.

A car is recommended to explore the area, but much is walkable or bikeable. The beach access point is just a 2-block walk. Parking is plentiful on site. Once you are here, you may never want to leave.
