The Space

Villa South Beach will give you a high comfort classy feeling, together with your loved ones. Just relax and unwind, enjoying each other’s company and just have fun in the sun. 

Our villa is located in the safe residential area of Bottelier. Just a 7-minute drive towards the most popular beaches such as Jan Thiel and Mambo Boulevard, each with casual and fine restaurants.

The villa is equipped with 4 double bedrooms, air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open kitchen and even a separate TV room. 

The kitchen, including a spacious island has been equipped with a conventional oven, a combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electrical milk frother, toaster and an American fridge including a large freezer and ice cube dispenser. 

The separate television-gaming-relax room has been equipped with a large flat screen television We have created a separate desk in case you need to do some work on your laptop. 

Outside

Open the double harmonica doors and you enter the terrace that is located over the entire front of the villa. The amazing 180-degree view starts here. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge sofa set and a large dining table which accommodates 8 chairs. 

We have placed adjustable sun loungers, along to the pool, next to your own outdoor shower. The sturdy outdoor kitchen is equipped with a GreenEgg BBQ. Be your own chef!

Good to know

Fresh bed linen and crispy towels will be expecting guests upon arrival.

You can use our grocery shopping service so that the refrigerator is filled upon arrival.

Rental car

Please note

The villa has a steep driveway. When you rent a car, we recommend an automatic transmission (automatic transmission). So you can easily drive up and down the driveway!

We enjoyed very much!


A beautiful open space house, clean, modern and with a well equipped kitchen. The deck with BBQ and pool is a gem, with a nice view on the surroundings. We have had the chance to have strong winds (house on a hill), which helps during warm days. The owner representative was a lovely respectful person, very flexible and responsive. We enjoyed very much!
