Villa La Sirena, Ltd is a dream of a holiday house for 1-12 guests with 5 bedrooms. Privately perched unseen on a bluff overlooking the ocean and 3/4 mile long Billy's Bay beach, which it shares with local fishers. It has pure, gleaming white and sea-blue motifs. It has a spacious central living room with built-in bancos that open through mahogany-stained cedar French doors to a covered patio and terrace with a plunge pool -- with views down the coast to Pedro Bluff.
 
Villa La Sirena Ltd. is the perfect vacation getaway for privacy and great views, including a spacious living room with French doors looking out to the patio, pool, deck, and Caribbean sea. It has undergone amazing renovations and is a lovely place for family or friends. This villa sits atop a hill with expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and down a set of stairs to a quiet beach. 
 
Two A/C bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with marble, white- stone, and tile open through French doors to the pool, deck, and tikki hut with sea breezes and sunsets. There is also a third sizable A/C bedroom with a queen-size bed, one twin, and a futon with a private bathroom. Plus, two more A/C single bedrooms, one with a twin and the other with a double, share the bathroom located in the spacious, green-tiled kitchen. Ceiling fans are throughout the property, providing a great breeze. 
 
Established botanical gardens in the front will showcase the villa, which includes a collection of travelers, Chinese and royal palms, agaves, and specimen aloe and cacti.
 
Villa La Sirena Ltd is set off the country road in Billy's Bay, a peaceful, quiet area -- a 10-minute drive or 30+ minute walk to Calabash Bay, restaurants, local shops, and bars.
 
UAN is Villa La Sirena Ltd's PPV insured driver, and he can be hired for airport transportation as well as land tours to YS Falls, Bamboo Alley, Appleton Rum, Black River, Little Ochie, Jamwest Motorsports & Adventure Park, Blue Hole Mineral Springs, Negril, etc.
 
Bike and scooter rentals are also available. If you desire boating, MONICA, BEYONCE, OR TAESHIN will help arrange a boat guide for Pelican Bar, Black River Safari, and/or fishing trips.
