Breakfast is provided at the guest’s choice of either the White Rhino Coffee House which is located in a beautiful old Victorian house a short walk down Main Street at 414 W. Main Street (whiterhinocoffee.com) or Fresh Market Coffee which is located in the old MKT train station at 501 S. Rogers Street south of the courthouse downtown (www.getfresh.coffee) or at El Mexicano Grill and Cantina which is a block east of the courthouse at 114 E.Franklin Street (www.elmexicanogrillcantina.com).
Parking is provided on the Gibson Street side of the Inn with one parking space per room. If you have more than one vehicle, you can park on Gibson Street or in the alley behind the Inn.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:
A deposit equivalent to 100% of the reservation total invoice is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total invoice due upon arrival. Requirements may differ for certain holidays, special events or group reservations.
The deposit is fully refundable if notice is communicated in person or by phone no less than 10 days prior the scheduled arrival date.
Late cancellations(less than 10 days) are subject to the full charges for the reserved night(s) unless the room(s) can be re-booked for the same period. If we are successful in rebooking the room(s), the deposit will be refunded in full, less a $20 processing fee.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Normal Check-in from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Arrivals and departures outside of normal hours may be available and should be arranged in advance at the time of booking. .

Cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
PARKING:
Guest parking is available on the Gibson Street side of the Inn. There is one parking space per room. If you have more than one vehicle. you may park it on the curb on Gibson Street or in the alley behind the Inn.
SMOKING & CANDLES:
Candles are not permitted and smoking is allowed outside only on the porches and grounds. A smoke remediation fee will be charged to the credit card of guests responsible for smoking inside.
CHILDREN:
Children age 12 and over are welcome and are charged as additional persons.
PETS:
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated in the main house. Pets may be allowed in the Cottage if house trained and kenneled and disclosed at the time of booking. Please contact us to discuss.
DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS:
Guests are responsible for all damage to property or persons and for all items that are found missing following departure and will be charged accordingly.
