Description

Our secluded resort is in the heart of the family friendly community of Rolleville, which sits on the extreme northern point of the island, overlooking Rolleville Harbor and beaches. The stunning beachfront resort affords quiet seclusion and relaxation in our beautiful three miles of white sand beachfront. The Exuma Point Villas & Resort is only half mile from the Swimming Pigs Island. 
 
Our rooms offer breathtaking views of the Rolleville Harbor and  include wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, cable tv and private bathroom. Our villas are located on the northern point of Rolleville, about 400 feet south of the Pig Island.

This stunning property has the most incredible view of a huge stretch of incredible beach in either direction... You can visit the Exuma Flats in one direction (a great sandbar) or take an adventure walk to Cocoplum Beach in the other direction (one of Exuma's most popular beaches)... Or just spend your days lounging on our beach with a cocktail in your hand!
 
When you stay with us you will be nestled in a small resort setting with five quaint and newly built villas offering all the comforts of home!
 
Keep in mind that our studios are more like hotel rooms (although more spacious than the typical hotel room and with a better view!) in that it's not a fully equipped kitchen. You will have a microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge but this unit is not meant for cooking meals, necessarily.
 
Our amazing Exuma Point Beach Bar & Grill is located right on the property and ready to look after you and your family. Breakfast is available by request and we're open for lunch and early dinner, 7 days a week.
 
Guest access
You have full access to the outdoor spaces as well as our lovely Beach Bar & Grill lounging spaces and of course the beach! The property is owned and managed by Maryann and Elivs, a historic and local family, so be prepared to get the TRUE Bahama in experience.

Disclaimer:
We are located in a developing nation on a (somewhat) remote island. Although we are proud of the amenities and comfort we offer in Exuma please be aware that sometimes things do malfunction. We will do our very best to address and/or fix any issue that arises in a timely fashion however we feel it is important to advise you ahead of time that there may sometimes be inconveniences (i.e. interruptions in wifi service or cable tv). We are not able to offer a first world city experience. Having said that... the stunning beauty of our location should soothe away all concerns!!
 
We provide all your linens, towels and beach towels. We have lounge chairs available on the beach as well FREE Kayaks/SUP. Remember your sun screen and bug spray! Sand flies can be a nuisance in the early evenings down by the beach. Coconut Oil or Baby Oil work wonders to keep them away!.

Highly Recommend!


Awesome place! we loved our stay at Maryann's and Elvis's! Arrived very late, but room was easily accessible. Cool beach with beautiful wildlife! we spotted lots of fish, also a starfish and one day a nurse shark (harmless!). Took the kayaks to the islands across, visiting the swimming pigs. The restaurant offers delicious food and drinks are very good! Just make sure to confirm with the hosts that it opens that day! also make sure to arrive with a few snacks - this part of Exuma is rather remote. Make sure to check in with the hosts personally to get wifi etc - the information provided in the handbook was outdated. Overall great stay and awesome people. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful accommodation


It is a wonderful accommodation, quite and peaceful.. Wifi is great within the vicinity and the smart tv is really a bonus that we could watch on Netflix, Youtube, Prime etc.. Maryann (the host) has been responsive and helpful too. We will come back and stay here again if given the chance.

The stay was surely peaceful given its surroundings. I loved coming out on the patio and listening to the waves of the ocean. Maryann and Elvis are both really great and friendly hosts.

Great Place


Place is great. Clean. Much Space in room. Not crowded around. Kayaks are available but staff is not around so it is tricky to get Access to life jackets. Do not count on restaurant next door (at least in January we statek for one week and we saw it open only once, however few places around). In the room is everything what is in offer.

Felt right at home! Arrived super early and chilled at the restaurant. I immediately felt like I was in my family’s kitchen. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I learned so much about the island, the people and got some great recommendations about things to see and explore. I cannot wait to return to the island.

The stay was everything I could ask for. Private, secluded, clean and peaceful. Maryanne and Elvis were amazing hosts. They responded immediately if I had any questions and provided anything I asked for. I am grateful.

Beautiful place to stay


Such a beautiful place to stay. Location is quite remote and quiet which makes it the perfect place to disconnect from life. You really need to rent a car on Exuma but rental prices where reasonable. Beach is beatiful and there is a resteraunt serving food and drinks most of the day. Room was great, very spacious with decent shower, fridge, microwave. Hosts were really friendly and Coke the cleaning lady lovely. Hosts arranged for another family member, Toni, and his brother to take us on a trip to see pigs and iguanas - fab day out. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful views


This place was everything! Beautiful views. There is a cave 100yards down the beach to the left. The workers there were very friendly and there was the sweetest dog there as well! Will definitely stay there again when I come back!

Great place to stay!


Great place to stay, beautiful location directly at the beach. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all amenities needed. Big plus for us were also the free kayaks available with which you can paddle to a close pig beach

Wonderful place to stay


Wonderful place to stay with a great view of the ocean and steps from the beach. Simple accommodations and for us it was perfect. A comfortable place to sleep and shower, the rest of the time we were outside at the beach or out exploring. Friendly staff around the property and at the restaurant/bar. The place is as described in their posting, so I highly recommend reading the full description and definitely recommend getting a rental car. The following is not specific to this location and heard from others we ran into on the island as well, internet is spotty here and at other locations. So if you can’t live without internet or TV save yourself the frustration and get an international data plan for your phone (cell service was good) and download a couple movies or episodes of your favorite show before leaving home. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful hosts!


Elvis and Maryann are wonderful hosts! The series of cottages are cheerful and right on the beach. Elvis made a great lunch for us on arrival. The white sand beach was easily accessed and expansive.
