Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $100/1 bdrm, is required for this unit to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 2 days without deposit.
Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay. Pet friendly, with a $50 pet holding fee.
 
Cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge, unless you plan to reschedule your stay, and wish to leave you deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year with out penalty.
 
Cancellations for reservations made from April 1st to Oct 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one nights stay plus a $50 service charge, if cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date.
 
Check in is between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. Need late check in, just make arrangements with the office management. Check out is between 9:00 and 10:00 am.
 
Accommodations at the lodge are rated depending on unit location, amenities and base occupancy. Should the size of your party exceed the base occupancy for a unit a $10 per person per night charge will apply

Exceeded expectations!


Because the lodge is old, I expected it to look old/run down. It wasnt! Many rooms in our apartment had been updated. My two kids, brother and I rented apartment 11 and could not have been happier! It was spacious (3 bedrms - Q, Q, bunks - and 2 bathrms), very clean and in a great location. Windows all around and 3 doors (one sliding) gave access to deck/outdoors. Kitchen and dining room were spacious, as well, with an additional freezer. 2 full-size couches, one loveseat and two arm chairs - working TV/air conditioner/fans/wifi. Lacking nothing. The upper deck surrounded the whole place with 2 tables, a swing, and a plethora of chairs.Grill worked great as well. From the deck you could see both the pool and lake. Pool was spotless, and deck as well as stairs to the dock are new! Roger and Robin were more than hospitable and just a phone call away when I had questions. Easy check in/out. Other guests abided by quiet hours. New kittens on premise. The lake is beautiful! We rented a boat to make it even more enjoyable. Just was an awesome trip! I highly recommend.

Just what we needed


My family and I traveled in from Florida for a very difficult trip to spend time with my ailing mother. I cant express how nice it was to return to the lodge each evening after some long tough days. It is a piece of paradise with amazing views of the lake and some wildlife. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Roger on the booking details and some interaction during the stay. He was a tremendous help and very kind and professional. We will be back to Indiana soon and definitely intend on booking with Roger again and again and again. Thank you Roger and see you again real soon!

Never been to raccoon lake before and we found this gem on a google search and so glad we did! Our apartment had every amenity we needed, even a gas grill!! The owners were very nice and accommodating and we will definitely be back!!

Great Value


This is such a good value. Its owned by the people who are present and taking care of what you need during your stay. We rented one of their pontoon boats for the duration and were on that most of the time. They also had kayaks that we could borrow. Its nothing fancy, but its on the lake and gets the job done well!

We had THE BEST EXPERIENCE, and the best time with our friends in Unit 15 the Pool House. It was perfect for us. The owners were the best. Made us feel very welcome, and helped with anything we needed. WE WILL BE BACK.

Great vacation spot!


Raccoon Lakeside Lodge is an awesome relaxing vacation on the lake. New swimming pool and new management. Upgraded units are very nice and comfortable like staying at an old cabin in the woods. Rockville town is just minutes away to eat or visit museums or flea markets on the square or to find somewhere to eat. Grandkids just love coming here. We love to fish and there's plenty of that to go around. Check out this place, you'll be coming back every year.

Great Family Vacation Location


From your balcony you have a beauitful view of the lake and the pool. This is a popular location nestled on beautifully wooded property. Roger assisted us with rental arrangements. Peaceful, quiet, fishing, and boating available. We visit here every year. Always a pleasant trip.

Great getaway relax and enjoy!


Weve been coming here for the past 16 years and love it! Great location and views of the lake. We always bring our boat and love the dock and lake access. We come here multiples times each spring/summer for the weekend and also for an extended stay every summer with the whole family. They also have a playground, outside fire pit and pool so fun for everyone! The management it always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everyone!
