Welcome to Flower Hill, one of Montego Bay’s most luxurious vacation home rentals. The Flower Hill villa sits on four and a half expansive acres of fragrant flower gardens and lush, verdant landscapes. The spectacular property measures an abundant 20,000 square feet, just perfect for accommodating up to six (6) couples, or groups up to seventeen (17) people. Located just a few minutes from Montego Bay Airport (MBJ), Flower Hill makes a memorable impression from the moment you arrive. Upon entering our gates, you’ll be greeted by a chorus line of stately palm trees whose immense fronds sway effortlessly in the tropical breezes.
 
When you’re not relaxing end enjoying the amenities of Flower Hill, you’ll be just a few minute’s drive to the some of the major highlights of Jamaica’s second largest city, Montego Bay (known to the locals as “Mobay”). Fishing, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, golf, guided plantation tours, shopping, nightlife, and zip-lining, are just a few of the many attractions that you will discover in and around this vibrant Caribbean hotspot.
 
Flower Hill has six (6) uniquely furnished air-conditioned bedroom suites.

There is room for cots and small daybeds in some of the rooms for additional young children. For additional guests over 12 persons, there will be a charge of $50 per person per night. There is space for events, weddings or gatherings for up to 150 persons with additional tents and facilities (please see wedding policy for additional information).

Southern Crescent Villas are one of Montego Bays most luxurious group of vacation homes. The Villas sit on spacious acres of landscaped gardens and hillside views of the Caribbean Ocean. Perfect for accommodating couples or groups of different sizes.

Terms & Conditions

Food & Drink
Our chef will keep track of what you consume and present you with the bill/receipts at the end of your stay. You should plan on approximately US$80 per adult per day/$30-35 per child, not including wine and liquor. We will stock the first day’s food and beverages based on your instructions and then shop for you every few days. If no driver is booked, there will be a $40 pre-stocking fee and a $40 shopping fee twice per week to cover the gas of the chef who will use his own car to shop.
 
Gratuities
For satisfactory service, 10% of gross rental during high season; 15% of gross rental during low season to be given to the staff at the end of your vacation.
 
Driver & Van
Van and Driver will be provided at no cost for bookings of 7 nights or more (fuel costs and gratuity not included). Van and Driver are available at a cost of $140 per day for bookings less than 7 nights (fuel costs and gratuity not included). Airport transfers are $60 each way.
 
Damage Deposit
US$ 2000 paid on booking and refunded within 2 weeks of your departure if no damage occurs.

Magical experience, amazing staff!


Flower Hill Villa was a magical and unique experience that I will cherish forever. The home is over the top amazing, the view is breathtaking, and the rooms so spacious that everyone felt so comfortable. But the absolute best part was the staff! Especially butlers Marlon and Gloyd, Chef Ardel, housekeeping Petra, and driver Everton. We were so well taken care of with genuine hospitality, we didnt want to leave. And look forward to coming back! This place exceeded my very high expectations and its worth every penny.
