The space
This villa offers the perfect vacation experience with its 18m2 swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest room, and an outside toilet, accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children. Located near Karakter Beach, this villa combines comfort and convenience in a prime setting. Just a 3-minute walk to the Caribbean Sea, guests have easy access to the beach and restaurants.
 
The stylishly furnished living room has a lovely sitting area and a large TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has luxury appliances: a combi microwave/oven and a conventional oven, a Nespresso machine, a 5-burner electrical Halogen stove, a dishwasher, and a double American fridge/freezer with an ice maker.
 
This villa has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning at the same floor and with direct access to the various terraces around the villa. They all have their own bathroom with an open shower. A fifth room is located on the vide and is furnished as a children’s room. This room is in open and has direct access to the living room.
 
This villa is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches.
