The space
Fantastic villa within walking distance of Coral Estate Centre. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely outdoor area with very spacious pool and tropical garden.
 
Villa Rosada is, as you can see, a fantastic villa where a wonderful stay is guaranteed! From the street side you walk into the villa on the floor where the kitchen and living room are located. What immediately stands out are the high ceilings and the playful layout. The kitchen is fully equipped.
 
From the living room you can walk onto the beautiful terrace where you can see the turquoise sea from a distance. The terrace is partly covered and partly sunny. From this terrace there is a staircase to the lucious tropical garden with many greenery and trees. Lots of privacy guaranteed. What stands out most is the very spacious pool with staircase that invites you to spend many hours in! Or would you rather lie in the shade under the palm leaf covered palapa? Choose one of the lounge chairs and relax... Perhaps an outdoor kitchen will be built here in the future.
 
On this floor you will also find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Because the bedrooms can be accessed separately, you have a lot of privacy. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
 
The villa is located a short 10 minute walk from Coral Estate Centre. Here you will find, among others, the restaurants Karakter and Koraal, the bakery, the diving school and the activity center.
