Welcome to Abbe House Inn
We are a cozy bed and breakfast located along the foothills of the Ozark Mountains in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The entire house rents for $950 per night. Call for available discounts. 
 
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea or dive into a good book as well as three of the ten bedrooms. There is also a full commercial kitchen for your use.
 
There is a large coverd patio off the back of the house, great for bar-b-q's and games when the weather is nice. There is a covered porch along the front of the house with several rocking chairs. A great place for sitting and relazing or watching the sun rise over the Little Red River. 
 
Both the front and back yards are large enough for games or to let your pets stretch their legs after a long ride. 
 
On the second floor are the other seven bedrooms. The second floor also has a Cinema room with a big-screen projecter for watching movies and a full bath.
 
We are located just outside lovely Heber Springs, Arkansas, near the Littel Red River and Greers Ferry Lake. The property has a large covered back patio and several acres of yard for your enjoyment. We look forward to your stay!

Jade Room:
This room is located on the ground floor outside the main house with two private entrances at the front and back of the room. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and lounge chairs for relaxing. The bathroom is spacious with a large soaking tub and private toilet area. 
 
Blue Room:
The room is a ground floor room outside the main house with two private entrances at the front and back of the room.The room has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and lounge chairs for relaxing. The bathroom is spacious with a large soaking tub and a private toilet area.
 
Burgundy Room:
This room is on the ground floor inside the main house. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and a nice chair for relaxing. The room has a private bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower. 
 
Angler’s Retreat:
This room is located on the second floor over the garage. It has one queen sized bed and two twin beds. The large room has a couch and a flat screen  television with a DVD player. The room has it's own private bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub and hand held shower. 
 
Yellow Rose Room:
This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, and a flat screen Roku television. There are also two chairs for relaxing. This room has a private bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub with a hand held shower.
 
Ole' Mill Room 
This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and a sitting area for relaxing. It has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. 
 
Magnolia Room:
This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and a sitting area. It has a large private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a hand held shower. 
 
Spring Room:
This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and a sitting area for relaxing. It has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. 
 
Louisiana Room:
This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, a flat screen television, and a sitting area. It has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. 
 
Roman Room:
 This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has one queen sized bed, a small flat screen television, and chairs for relaxing. It has a private bathroom with a large jetted soaking tub.

Wonderful Experience


We had a wonderful experience at Dan's bed and breakfast. we arrived late and Dan was very accommodating and stayed up late to meet us. Debbie provided us with a feeling breakfast in the morning. We stayed in Anglers room which is a big suite with enough space for a family of 4. All descriptions are accurate and the place is very nice. I would highly recommend it for my friends or anyone who loves personal attention and small family held bed and breakfast.
