I am a Platinum Level Loyalty Program Owner with lots of benefits and perks that my guests are eligible to use. Staying at this resort provides excellent opportunities for an amazing vacation experience! Look at the Resort Map in photos to locate the Mountain Top Adventure Park Cabins where I own four (4) Elite Condos located in Cabins 154 through 178. You will be staying as my guest in one of my Premium Elite (Grand Deluxe) OR Standard Elite (Deluxe) Condos. Your reservation will need to be for one week (7 nights) starting on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ONLY. All Condos come fully furnished (you may ask for additional complimentary linen, soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc.). All Condos sleep four(4) with a King Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in L/R, have 2 TV'S, a fireplace, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The one (1) BR Premium Elite is a larger Condo t (834 square feet), has Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, 1.5 bath, a jacuzzi, and private balcony. The one (1) BR Standard Elite is a smaller Condo (464 square feet) and has mostly everything the Premium Elite Condo has, except it has less floor space, 1 bath, no jacuzzi, and no private balcony. Using my Owner entitlements, you will have front of the line check in privileges, receive a Welcome Home Packet (includes a list of Resort Activities and area attractions), and be assigned a complimentary VIP Concierge to escort you to your room and help you with your luggage, and given a complimentary parking permit to access the resort property. Upon checking in, you will NOT PAY EXTRA RESORT FEES, you will PAY a $50 Refundable Damage Deposit,and $150 Non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee (only if applicable).

On behalf of my wife and I, we'd like to welcome you to our dream home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains. You will be vacationing in one of our 4 Elite Condos located in cabins 154 through 178 in the highly preferred upper elevation of Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Water Park. We have been timeshare owners since 2007. Through the years, we have upgraded our ownership from one condo, to two condos, to a condo in the 1000 building, and to three condos. All of the condos were at lower levels and didn't provide much of a mountainside view. We became Platinum Owners in 2020, when we upgraded to our dream location at the mountain top to the 4 Elite Premium/ Grand Deluxe Condos with elevators. This ideal location provides fabulous mountainside views. A stay in this location provides the very best the resort has to offer without having to purchase a timeshare ownership.
We always love staying at our dream home away from home, but we also love sharing our luxury condo with others. We are thrilled that we can take up to 4 luxury weeklong vacations annually at any of Westgate's 24 resorts nationwide or exchange with Interval International and travel worldwide. When we allow guests to rent one of our condos, it offsets our annual HOA fees/property maintenance/taxes and provides additional income.

Fun in TN!


We had an amazing vacation at Westgate Smoky Mountain resort. I’d like to caution everyone booking through any company, that you are only guaranteed the floor plan you book, not the exact location of that floor plan in the resort.

Beautiful cabin like rooms with lots to do and a trolley to ride free


They have kitchens. There are outdoor bbq areas. There are a couple of different pools, At the top of the resort /mountain they have putt putt golf, an infintiy pool and a zipline. Toward the entrance they have an indoor water park. You can take the trolley to down town Gatlinburg where there are multipe trolley stops and destinations. Its close the the smokey mountain park. The visitor center across the way from the resort has parking passes for the state park. Entry to the state park is free but if you stop and get out for more than 15 minutes you will need parking pass.

Absolutely a must go!


I love that the rooms are really suites. We had a fireplace and the kitchen and in room laundry was fabulous! Indoor waterpark was pristine. I would suggest going! Clean and there is a restaurant and general store, very close to Dollywood.

Whitewater rafting excursion


We are owners, and had a terrific time doing the whitewater rafting excursion. We were first timers. Everything was so organized including the transportation, dinner, and the rafting experience. Matt was our tour guide, and was knowledgable and very fun. Would recommend the excursions to anyone, and hope Westgate continues to do these.

Great Resort in TN


This is one of our favorite resorts in TN! Family friendly and very convenient location. Cabins/condos are very spacious and clean. There are several pools for the kids to swim in plus a very nice indoor water park. Beautiful views all around!

Fantastic Resort!!!


We had a wonderful week! Blake Shelton's Ole Red is right in town! We didn't go to the water park, but I look forward to it next time! The suites have everything you need, laundry, kitchen, etc. Lovely views of the mountains! I recommend this resort to everyone!
