Entertain and relax on the huge covered deck, adjoining the large family room with glass on three sides. Sunbathe on the open deck, swim in the private pool, or relax in the hot tub. Launch from our kayak dock one of our provide kayaks provided for your enjoyment. Sidewalk or tidal pool extends into the Atlantic for fishing or viewing. Drink your morning coffee to brilliant sunrises and cook fresh fish on the outdoor grill as the sun sets!

We chose our vacation home in Marathon for many reason. We have always loved the beauty and uniqueness of the Florida Keys. After deciding, in 2000, to purchase a vacation rental home, Marathon was our first choice. This ocean front home with a deep water canal to the Atlantic, was the perfect choice; going out on the boat, fishing blue water or bay water, snorkeling, or diving. The ocean view from the deck is a wonderful place to relax, be with family and friends and grill fresh seafood. Local fish markets have an ever changing selection based on what their boats have brought in that day! Surrounded by the beauty of the ocean, it truly is a place where the sea meets the sky!.
Ann Weathersby has been our Property Manager for our vacation home for over 11 years now. You will receive a level of service and personal attention from her throughout your rental process. Being semi-retired and having Ann as our Property Manager has allowed us more time with or 10 grandchildren, ages 6 to 15 years old. Our 3 daughters and sons-in law live 15 minutes from our home in Tennessee, so it is always filled with happy chaos!.
