The condo was perfect for our stay - private, with a nice outdoor space, huge, clean, excellent kitchen amenities, walking distance to Negra - very pretty beach! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay!


We stayed on the 3rd Floor for a month. This was our first time in Costa Rica but we did a lot of research before we came down and while we were there. In our opinion, this location has everything we were looking for at a reasonable rate for the time of year we were there. Apartment was very clean and looks like the photos. Our overall experience was very enjoyable and we had great neighbours on the property the same time we did and actually made some great friends for life. We are considering booking next years vacation at the same spot.

Everything went great


Everything went great. Smooth check in. Place was very clean appliances brand new. Being on the third floor it did get hot but the AC could knock it down quickly. Easy walk to the beach and easy walk to Playa Negra hotel. The pool was shaded and the water was clean and cool. Pavilion was a nice place to hang out. Wi-Fi was fine in the apartment but a little spotty in the pavilion. All in all a good deal

We stayed for a month. Comfortable space, killer location, but there was no water half the time, no joke. That means no showers, toilet, or cooking many mornings and evenings. For the price we paid, that’s a little loco. Might be normal for the area, not sure. The hosts are nice and responsive.
