Great place to stay in coco.


We stayed at the Pearl in the sea for one month while our children attended an education program based in Coco. The unit worked well for us. It is HUGE. Good size living room/kitchen area with balcony. Three large bedrooms, each with their own full bath (which was a bit of a surprise to me). The kitchen has basic but adequate amenities. Each room has a balcony with lovely views to the SE over the hills. We had a sliver of a view of the ocean, but not much. The grounds are well maintained. The swimming pool area was also a surprise to us as the pool is HUGE and has a very nice sun deck area, plus bathrooms. The access driveway is very steep and the general access to the complex is via a dirt road, but it decent condition. The buildings are starting to show their age for sure. The exterior is not in the greatest condition and the bathrooms (particularly the showers) are not in peak condition, but nothing that made our experience unplesant. Overall, a great place to stay in coco.
