This villa will provide the type of serenity that can only be found in Exuma. At over 1200 sq. ft. in indoor and outdoor areas, you’ll find plenty of spaces to lounge and enjoy the beauty of our island.

We provide scheduled boat service and 24-hour emergency boat service. *Kahari is an off the grid eco-luxury resort utilizing solar energy, reverse osmosis water system and features only private outdoor showers. *All Bungalows are raised a flight of stairs to provide beautiful water views. Guests need to be able to climb stairs. *Use of 10 ft. ladder required to access full-size bed in the loft (Not advised for children under 4 years of age.) The Perfect Reset


My husband and I just visited after Christmas 2022 and it was absolutely amazing!! It was truly the most beautiful beach I had ever experienced and just what we needed to start our 2023 off right. One of the highlights of our trip was our daily visit to the Peace and Plenty Beach Club where we bathed in the sun, ate great food and drank delicious drinks! The cherry on top of our visit was the amazing service that we received from Cassandra, Chrissy, Allie, and Alvin!! They made it their personal mission to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Not only were they kind, fun and considerate...they were authentic!! We also enjoyed our morning breakfast at The Beacon, the restaurant on site. Nicole was our server and we looked forward to her conversation and great information she provided about the island. We will definitely be back! Sooner rather than later!

Great family vacation!


We chose Kahari Resort to celebrate my daughter\'s 18th birthday and we had the most amazing family vacation! We had a lot of flight delays so we arrived late when it was already dark. When the sun came up, I was blown away by our view! We chose the oceanfront villa (we had 2 villas, #3 and #4) and they were worth every penny ... wraparound screened porch with full ocean view, comfy king bed, very private outdoor shower and a small but comfortable mattress in an upstairs loft. The loft was something I wasn\'t sure about before arriving since we had 3 people pee room - it\'s a very steep climb up and a small space but the mattress was very comfortable and cozy. My son loved it! I felt like I barely saw other people on the Kahari beach - we had the cabanas to ourselves like it was our own private rental. Walking a bit to the right takes you to their sister resort and a beach club where you can get food and drinks right on the beach and they also had plenty of beach chairs to lounge on. We booked every evening at their restaurant, The Beacon, as we didn\'t want to have to mess with timing of the water taxi to the mainland. We had really good meals here and they accommodated our food allergies well. There are only 3 entrees each night so the menu is limited but good. Lamon was very helpful before and during our trip and helped us arrange taxis and also a great private boat trip. Overall, a nice and relaxing trip on a beautiful island!

Unique Stocking Island


A unique location, with a beautiful private beach. Walks trails, snorkelling, good food, helpful personnel, great communication to Georgetown. The hotel can arrange boat tours to explore the surrounding islands. A perfect place to relax.

Amazing resort with outstanding service


The Kahari resort is a true heaven, far beyond our expectations. Located only few minutes by speedboat from Exuma Island. The Bungalows are 5 meters from the water gives you a feeling your room is a part of the sea. The food in the beacon restaurant was great with outstanding view. Lamon the hotel manager and Calisya were super friendly and assisted in everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute in the heavenly resort.

The staff are FANTASTIC


The staff and Beach club absolutely saved our stay at peace and plenty (we didn\'t stay at Kahari). Chrissy, Alvin and Merissa were absolutely fantastic. They looked after us everyday, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we were having a great time. They were friendly and welcoming and I will definitely come back to Exuma to see them. If we came back we would definitely stay at the Kahari Resort which clearly has more time and money invested in it than it\'s associated establishment. The food is brilliant, both on the beach and at the Beacon hotel. The facilities look great (big gym and two spas) and a TV room for sporting events. Team, thank you for making our daily becah visits a great day, with a wonderful atmosphere and the daily vodka lemonade specials were my absolute favourite!!!

Anniversary celebration


My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Kahari and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The beautiful accommodations, the wonderful food and the most amazing staff (especially Nicka who was took care of anything we needed) were all top notch. We highly recommend Kahari and can’t wait to return!
