Kiwanie Lodge is a beautiful duplex style cabin nestled along the shores of historic Lake Kiwanie. This property boasts the largest lot on the lake with a large area of easily accessible waterfront. Take in the views on our large wraparound deck. Explore the lake in one of our provided kayaks or paddleboat. Enjoy central, convenient access to all local amenities including: grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife.
 
The space
Kiwanie Lodge is an 2,200 square foot duplex cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large master bathrooms are upstairs while the smaller second bathrooms are downstairs. The two units are mirror images of each other aside from the furnishing and have two separate front door entrances. Accommodations also include full kitchen, spices, cooking oil, paper products, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and a mini bar for storing beverages. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart tv.
 
Guest access
Our front doors are controlled by smart locks. You will be provided a code to use for access prior to arrival and after your rental agreement is signed.
 
Other things to note
Remember to bring charcoal if you would like to grill. Also don't forget you fishing gear and fishing license if you would like to fish. The game warden does not patrol our lake often but it does fall under their jurisdiction and they often check for licenses. We suggest buying bait before coming in to town as we cannot guarantee availability locally. We also suggest purchasing firewood ahead of time as well.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Great place to stay! Loved having access to the paddle boat and kayaks for the weekend as well. Be sure to say goodmorning to the geese when you wake up or their feelings will be hurt

Great Location!!


This place was perfect for the amount of people we had coming. We floated down the Spring River Saturday and Sunday. The location is perfect and the host responded very quickly to any of our requests. I would definitely book it again!
