We are excited to offer you THE DOCKSIDE VILLAS UNIT B.
 
We want you to feel like you are being guided by Good Friends who freely share tips to help you get the most out of your vacation time in this beautiful area at the best price.
 
During peak season which runs from first week of February through first week of April and again from first week of June through first week of August we require Saturday to Saturday reservations. If your dates fall out side of this requirement please send an inquiry. We will try to accommodate shorter stays or non typical stays whenever possible.
 
DOCKSIDE VILLAS IS A FOUR UNIT WATERFRONT CONDO COMPLEX LOCATED MINUTES FROM THE BEACH. Location is everything and this 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Townhome is walking distance to the famous Frenchy's Outpost Bar and Grill, Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, and minutes to Honey Moon Island State Park and Beach. Located on the Dunedin Causeway in beautiful Dunedin, Florida you are conveniently located near endless restaurant choices, Baseball Spring Training and more! Whether you swim, fish, boat or just sunbathe there are endless possibilities from our home.

DOCKSIDE VILLAS has so many options! Take time to stroll delightful Downtown Dunedin, popular for its quaint boutiques, galleries, various specialty shops, as well as fine dining in a small town atmosphere. Known for its art and street festivals, movies and music in the park, and outdoor markets, there is always something to do in Dunedin. We provide bikes and the Pinellas Trail is only a block away from Dockside Villas. Stretch your legs on this 38 mile trail that leads to the beaches as well as downtown Dunedin.
 
The fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV, free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable King sized bed and wall mount flat screen TV, dressers and closet for storing your vacation belongings.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, dresser and closet.
The BATHROOM is centrally located and has tub and shower.
The LARGE BALCONY has table and chairs for relaxing. There is a BBQ GRILL for your use onsite.
Washer and Dryer are available and shared between unit A and B in the building. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Special Note: There is no pool at Dockside Villas. We can not accommodate Jet Skis, Boats or Trailers. This property sleeps 4 in beds. We can accommodate a child in a pack n play.
Parking: One parking spot is available. This complex has 7 parking spots for the four units. Additional parking first come, first serve.

You are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation in accordance with the plan description of coverage. (At our discretion, we may allow guests to use funds paid to date on a new reservation for a stay completed up to one year from cancellation on a case by case basis.) If a guest wishes to pay the balance by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the total owed.

Dockside Villas


We enjoyed our time here at Dockside Villas. Although our time was cut a bit short, due to the Coronavirus, we loved sitting out on the patio and dock watching the dolphins playing and all of the different species of birds. We especially enjoyed the pass to Honeymoon Island until they shutdown the beaches. We only had a small plumbing issue while staying for almost 2 months, but Brian took care of it as soon as we reported it. We would stay here again if we come to Florida.

We enjoyed our stay riding our bikes around Honeymoon Island and on the Pinellas Trail. Eating our breakfast on the beach’s cafe watching the surf roll in.
