Perfect for small families or snowbirds and just a few minutes from the beach at Honeymoon Island State Park. A perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation close to beaches, downtown Dunedin, restaurants, shopping, golfing and more!

Venture to the beach at nearby Honeymoon Island State Park just a few minutes away or eat at the many fantastic restaurants nearby in Downtown Dunedin. There is something for everyone at this terrific cottage located near so much.
 
The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable King bed, walk in closet and wood dressers.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed, smart flat screen TV, and walk in closet.
The fully equipped KITCHEN is centrally located. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for making fantastic meals.
The LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV, plush furniture, and amazing decor.
The home comes with a Washer and Dryer. Ironing boards, hair dryers, beach towels and pool toys are provided.
 
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
In addition, you are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to no less than eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular destinations.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation in accordance with the plan description of coverage. (At our discretion, we may allow guests to use funds paid to date on a new reservation for a stay completed up to one year from cancellation on a case by case basis.) If a guest wishes to pay the balance by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the total owed.

Perfect For a Couple


We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The cottage appeaered to have been recently remodelled. Furnishings were new and comfortable. King-sized bed in main bedroom was excellent. Kitchen appliances were new, spotless, and worked perfectly. The large yard and back deck with dining table and chairs was a special treat. Bathroom is small, but new and bright and walk-in shower wonderful. The residential neighborhood was quiet even by our Vermont country standards. Owner has landscaped the property beautifully. Welcoming surprises included artistically folded towels on beds, reading glasses by the library, and the best library ever encountered in a vacation property. The new bicycles were in great condition and having laundry room in a separate cottage was a plus. Would stay here again and recommend. Brian, from Florida Sun Vacation Rentals, was a pleasure to deal with.
