The Villa is rented in 5 bedrooms minimum, for up to 10 people.
You can also rent it in:
* 6 bedrooms for up to 12 people
* 7 bedrooms for up to 16 people,
* 8 bedrooms for up to 18 people,
* 9 bedrooms for up to 20 people
 
Important, if for example, you indicate that you are 10 travelers, you will therefore have access to 5 rooms, and the other 4 rooms will remain closed.
If you want to have access to 6 rooms, you will have to enter 12 travelers.
If you want to have access to 7 rooms, you will have to enter 14 travelers.
If you want to have access to 8 rooms, you will have to enter 18 travelers.
If you want to have access to 9 rooms, you will have to enter 20 travelers.
 
NEW YEAR'S DAYS: for the period from Saturday December 25, 2022 to Saturday January 7, 2023, the villa is only rented in 9 bedrooms.
CHRISTMAS: for the period from Saturday December 17, 2022 to Saturday December 25, 2022, the villa is rented with a minimum of 7 bedrooms.

newly constructed impressive 9 rooms, 9 en-suite bathrooms dazzling
villa located in the exquisite peaceful gated area of Tamarind Hill Estates.
The spectacular views you have of the endless sky, the infinite sea, the
 
gorgeous islands of ST Kitts, Saba, and ST Barths from the large covered terrace of this hilltop villa will give you the amazing and unique feeling to live on the deck of a boat. It’s absolutely stunning and breathtaking.
 
There is a path from the property which will take you in 10 minutes walk to Gibbs Bay beach and 20 minutes walk to Guana Bay Beach, the villa offers many conveniences. It’s only 15 minutes drive from the famous French Orient Bay Beach and 20 minutes from Hope Estate shopping center or Grand Case which is known as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.
 
Villa Bel Amour has been furnished with very contemporary designer furnishings and provides all the amenities and comfort needed by our
guests. The villa is composed of 9 bedrooms, each with air conditioning,
 
ceiling fan, small refrigerator, kettle, hair dresser, safe and en-suite bathroom on the first level. There is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom for four with a private garden, a covered terrace with a jacuzzi and an open terrace with its private garden and a very comfortable studio bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second level of the villa. The game room which is also located on the second level can be transformed into a vey comfortable bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom if a large group of 20 guests needs to be accommodated.
 
The large delicately beautifully furnished living room offers several living areas where everyone can find their place : there are two dining zones  with modern glass tables, two sitting-areas with elegant black and white sofas and a small red salon where you can enjoy your coffee or sip a cocktail. In addition to that, there is a giant screen, a video projector, a laptop, sound system and interior integrated speakers which can, at your convenience, turn the living room into a real movie theatre. For your enjoyment, you can also borrow books in the impressive book cabinets.
 
The fantastic gourmet black and red kitchen with exquisite granite countertops and modern deluxe Bosh and Smeg stainless steel appliances is wonderfully equipped.
 
Large sliding glass doors open onto a spacious outdoor covered terraceand pool area with a wooden deck which join together creating a wonderful and harmonious place offering you stunning views of ST Barths. The vast terrace provides you with a comfortable sitting anddining area where you will enjoy pleasurable meals. There is also a jacuzzi with a fountain and led lights where you can relax while having a drink. The 18 meter long infinity edge heated pool with its changing colours creates a magical atmosphere by night.
 
You can also enjoy the beautiful exotic garden which overlooks the sea. A barbecue awaits you to prepare delicious grills that you can share with family or friends.
 
Everything has been planned to entertain yourself and allow you to spend an unforgettable stay at villa Bel amour. In the game room adultsand teenagers can spend their time playing billards, American hockey, table tennis or baby foot. There are also cards, a poker case, a poker table top and a blackjack mat to spend the night like in a casino. If you are musician, you can play a tune on the piano. If you feel like relaxing, you can watch Netflix on the 75 inches android smart TV. If you want more action, you can train on the Sole cardio climber while watching youtube on the TV. If you want to have a laugh with your family or friend, there is a selection of board games that will make your evening hilarious. To keep fit, you can go to the gym room which opens onto the garden with a relaxing sea view so as to practice on the Marcy Smith cage total body training.

Georges and Sylvie!!


This Villa is hands down the best property on the island. From the breathtaking views from every room, to the great communication from Gilles, and around the clock assistance from hosts Georges and Sylvie!! I cannot say enough about Georges and Sylvie, they are super nice people, very welcoming and very accommodating. Any question or concern my group came across they were right on it. Their hospitality was superb. Thank you to Maria the housekeeper, she made sure everything was back in place everyday. Back to the Villa though. OMG. The pics are cool but in person you will literally have your jaw drop. You feel like luxury in every corner of the Villa. The infinity pool you won’t want to leave, and let’s not forget about the jacuzzi. Just WOW. So much natural lighting it really makes the Villa a place you’ll never forget! Everyone on the island are so nice, I’ll be visiting again soon, my only hope is that I get to stay at this villa and see Georges and Sylvie!!

Absolutely perfect!


Where do I start? The villa is gorgeous, extremely clean, beautifully designed and decorated. It is even better in person. The pool and hot tub is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). Our stay was magical beyond all expectations. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful. My small group of 6 could not have wanted for single thing during our 6 nights there. Having our own bathrooms was such a treat! Every single kitchen tool that you could dream of is stocked in the kitchen. We had lovely breakfast brunches every morning outside near the pool. There was plenty of parking for both of our vehicles. When we come back we would not consider staying anywhere other than here. Absolutely perfect! Thank you very much for taking care of us and of our needs during our stay. You have an excellent team working with you in Georges and the lovely housekeeper. Everything was well taken care of. They were extremely accommodating.

Incredible!!


Our family of 3 generations from 22 to 86 enjoyed 6 days at this incredible home by the sea and mountains. The infinity pool is perfection-- the view is simply heaven. My in laws were able to sit by the pool in the full shade while everyone else could find sun or swimming. The beds were comfy and the rooms air conditioned while the shower was hubby\'s fave rain style. I walked daily down to the beach-- very hilly and quite a workout! It was just me and the sea each time. The location was close to Mama Pizza where everything was delicious. I think it took 20 mins to get to jet skis at the beach and 30 to the airport. You will make memories that last a lifetime here at Villa Bel Amour. We loved our final meal cooked by Silvie (co-owner) and Georges her partner was our main contact/concierge for all our needs. Both were very easy to reach and brought by any of our simple needs for the kitchen etc. We would return in a heart beat!

With Gilles all is managed the house is always clean! If you need anything you can call him he will be there! He knows Saint Martin very well with him if it\'s your first time in the island you\'re with the right person

We had a perfect stay.


We had a perfect stay. The pool is amazing and huge and the view is gorgeous. The house is exactly as described; it is large, comfortable, well-appointed and clean. The maid comes to clean daily. Georges is extremely responsive and helpful, and can coordinate activities and transportation. We arranged for private transportation to take us (a group of 9) to beaches and activities around the island. I highly recommend.

Great house, with a great view. The large pool is awesome, along with the hot tub. So many good things about the kitchen, including lots of spices, etc. for cooking. Georges is a great host and responds quickly to texts. He gave us great recommendations on car rentals, a day trip on a private catamaran, and restaurants. Thank you, Georges, for providing a great stay. We hope to return some day.

Host Georges was exceptional.


This villa was not only gorgeous with all the amazing amenities listed and superb view, but our host Georges was exceptional. He was very responsive, flexible, has put a lot of thought into how to make his guests as comfortable as possible. If ever we had a question he was there to support. He even treated us to desserts on behalf of my husband’s milestone birthday. The infinity pool with ocean view was second to none. We enjoyed very peaceful mornings on the terrace with our coffees and just basking in the sun with that mesmerizing view. So much space, everyone in our party had their own bedroom with ensuite bathroom so privacy was never a concern. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and dishes one could need including two fridges! The hot tub just topped off the experience. Georges provided us with extra towels and sand toys for our young children upon request. He also recommended folks we could trust for addt’l experiences on the island.
