Unit 2 is only one of 4 cabins on this property. We have other listings in case this one is not available.
 
BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen , private bathroom, living room, private bedroom & outdoor fire pit. This accommodation sleeps 4, w/ Direct TV, HBO & Wifi.
 
The space
We are just 1 mile from the Adirondack Experience a world class museum in Blue Mountain Lake. 35 minutes the Wild Center in Tupper Lake and just a quick stroll to the Art Center, minutes from your room.

All accommodations are independent. Own entrance and not shared.
 
Other things to note
Living in the era of Covid 19 has only increased the stresses of life. Our location and topography are ideal to get out in beautiful natural surroundings to social distance and find a respite on a hiking trail, lake to canoe, kayak, run a motor craft or grab a fishing rod in over 30 lakes nearby. And more.

I am a host that has been in the hospitality business for over 48 years of my life. My family owned a Catskill Resort from the 40's thru the 80's in Highland NY. And I have been hosting here in Blue Mt Lake with my wife Boka for 16 years now. I am an expert in the area and I can provide information about local vendors and other businesses that I network with that can make your vacation memorable and save you money. Feel free to ask any question about the beautiful Adirondack State Park which our facility is located in and/or about our lodging. It would be my pleasure to assist. I write poetry as a hobby and play the Conga Drums for a little fun. You may find that Blue Mt Lake is not only a great place to vacation, it can also be a spiritual experience. It has been for me. All rates do not include 8% tax except pet fees
 
Here is my pet fee policy:
$15 per night first two nights. $10 per night thereafter, max of $50 per week. 2nd dog in room half the first. Max pets per room 2. 
 
Housekeeping fees are a flat rate regardless of the length of stay.
 
I have a 2 night minimum, except on holiday weeks and in July & August. I have a 3 night minimum on the weekends. I don't know if your platform can be that specific but if you can please note.

nice location


Cozy cabin in a nice location, just up the road from Blue Mntn Lake and across the street from a Diner. Also easily accessible to the Blue Mntn Lake Museum and Raguette Lake and the W.W. Durant Boat Cruise...a 4 star Gourmet dinner with a 3hr Cruise! Amazing!!

What a lovely stay at Blue Mountain Rest! My Mom and I enjoyed a long weekend here and were thrilled we could take our family dog along. The Unit 2 cabin itself was cozy, well spaced and had a great balance of amenities and comforts while also keeping the Adirondack vibe. The location is a quick walk or drive down to Blue Mountain Lake and easy access to many local hikes or favorite Adirondack places. Lenny was a great host with great communication and very welcoming. It is evident he loves what he does and where he lives. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Owners are very easy to communicate with and work to make your stay pleasant. Location was ideal for paddling and hiking. Street noise was the only thing we didn’t like. Less noisy after 8 pm.
