These refund options apply where local government restrictions due to COVID-19 circumstances have suspended short term renting.

We are soooo glad that we chose this house over the many others that we considered!
Reason 1. After all of the improvements that we did (interior appointments, exterior makeover, landscaping, etc...), it never fails to garner the nicest compliments from personal guests, rental guests, and even neighbors.
Reason 2. The Location can't be beat. So close to all interstate accesses, very quiet, uncongested, well maintained and peaceful neighborhood, plenty of privacy, and a beautiful golf course with an abundance of wildlife for a back yard!
Reason 3. While 10 miles from the airport, it is only a 10 minute drive due to our proximity to the #595 (Allagator Alley). Proximity to all four of the major interstate highways allows us to reach all points of South Florida easily and quickly.
Reason 4. City and beaches are only 20 minutes away as well.

Amazing family home


The pictures don’t do this home justice it’s a must see in person! It has so many special touches for a family. From the full laundry and large family space, there are games, pool toys and more at your disposal. All you need are your clothes. While we utilized the kitchen sparingly, you will want for nothing in terms of cookware and utensils. Eating at the large dining room offers views of the golf course and beautiful flowers.The view from the master bedroom is equally amazing. With a private atrium we saw a spectacular lightning show from bed.The privacy and peacefulness are unparalleled. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Vacation Home


My family stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home contained all the essentials for feeling at home and being able to cook. Top of the line furniture to relax with family inside and outside of the home. The backyard is very well kept and has beautiful tropical plants. Can\'t express how much my family enjoyed this trip and will definitely be coming back.

Great vacation home


We loved our stay at this unique (in a good way) home. The landscaping and pool were amazing. The view of the golf course was a bonus. The kitchen was stocked better than my home with everything you may need. Loved the atrium off the master bedroom. Richard (the owner) was available whenever we needed him.
