Our spacious 550 sq ft studios are located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a very large private swimming pool, free sun loungers, 2 tennis courts, tropical gardens, a laundry, a small grocery store with fresh baguettes, a pizzeria and parking lots
 
Our studios have been completely renovated this year 2021, they are well appointed and finely decorated.
 
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.
 
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,
 
Each studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.
 
The balcony has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
 
To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler
 
The swimming pool was damaged during Hurricane Irma. It will be out of service until further notice.
