Description

Villa Victoria is a wonderful new Caribbean style villa located in the gated Oyster Pond Hillside. The villa is perched on a hilltop with stunning views of the ocean, surrounding hillsides and Orient Bay. The two-level layout, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage.
 
The main level offers spacious living and dining areas which is exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. Adjoining the living area is a cozy family area with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, sofa bed, desk area offering convenience to use the wireless or DSL internet connection.
 
The immaculate kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. The main level of the villa also offers a full bathroom with shower facilities.
 
Large glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, comfortable sitting areas plus outdoor dining area for up to 10 persons.
 
From the main level veranda area, you can go down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool area.
 
The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, internet access, mini fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. The second & third bedrooms offer a king bed, internet access, mini-fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.
 
In addition, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board located on the lower level. The villa has a large private infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge, sink and gas BBQ grill. Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool.
 
In addition, there is an outdoor ½ bathroom for use while by the pool. The villa is located in Oyster Pond, conveniently located to the ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Barths; just a short drive to Dawn Beach & The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best “French Restaurants on the island.”

Absolutely Splendid for Us!


We truly enjoyed Villa Victoria. The villa, the staff, and Sam were great! The views were incredible! The location was convenient to both the Dutch & French sides of the island. Also appreciated was the gate at the bottom of the mountain insuring a comfortable stay with doors open most of the day. We only used 2 of the bedrooms and there were three with king beds plus one with bunks. Nice dining area but we did not have one meal inside. 2 additional outdoor dining tables, made it impossible to stay inside. We will return.

The perfect Villa!


By virtue of it\'s location, magnificent views are a given! Well maintained, clean, nicely appointed and worth every penny! The housekeeper was amazing, always friendly and very good at what she did! Ample everything including nicer towels, linens, dishes, stemware, etc. compared to some places we\'ve rented in the past. The kitchen is gourmet and the pool bar is easily stocked! The pool is beautiful, and this property proved less windy because of it\'s positioning than some that overlook the pond more directly. The position of the pool means that by about 4:00 in the afternoon it was shaded because of the positioning of the sun by that time. Comfy and clean rooms, nice beds, beautiful bathrooms and a washer and dryer on the premises. Very safe area, not any issues the two weeks we were there, felt very secure. A few minuses - no Keurig style coffee pot (leave them at home) and the oven didn\'t work properly. At the end of the day, we\'d highly recommend this property!

Villa Victoria! is a Victory!


First time using time to St.Martin! We loved this Villa! The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool, all very clean and in excellent condition. The views from the villa are stellar! The house girl, Ivory was great. And it\'s safe!! We are hoping to go back at the 1st part of 2014! Cheers!
