This original Seabright Beach single story cottage was converted in the early 1900's to a two story Craftsman Bungalow.  This historical home, furnished with nautical decor and so close to the beach that you will wake up hearing the gentle ocean waves, sits on a large corner lot surrounded by a well-kept lawn and garden with cozy sitting areas - a welcome retreat after a long day at the beach
 
The house has a large living room, a large dining room, and a large kitchen with eating nook,. One bedroom features its own enclosed sun porch, while another private bedroom is located off the front porch.
 
The second level also features an enclosed sunroom which looks out to the bay and Santa Cruz municipal pier, three bedrooms with peeks of the ocean, and a large  bathroom complete with an old-fashioned clawfoot soaking tub (please note: It does not include a shower-head; it is a bathtub only.)  The home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. 
 
This central location is wonderful - a short walk to the Santa Cruz boardwalk, the Santa Cruz yacht harbor, Seabright Beach,  and many coffee shops and restaurants.
