Description

The apartments are centrally located, all suited for long- short-term stays, located within five minutes walk of shops, bus stops, restaurants, the beach and Ross University Campus. Kitchens are basically equipped.
We have different apartments available for rent; while they are essentially all the same, the one you book might differ slightly from the one in the picture.
 
Guest access
The apartment is completely self-contained.
 
Other things to note
Please note that due to the impact of hurricane Maria our internet service is currently not available. However, we are hoping to be reconnected as soon as possible.
 
There is currently no television service island wide; we have no information as to when the company will restore service.
 
If you like to get out and about independently you might consider a car rental. The buses mostly stop running regularly by six within the Picard/Portsmouth area. You can get a bus but MIGHT have to wait a bit.
Failing that the taxis are reasonably priced - it costs only $10 to travel anywhere from Portsmouth to Picard.

Very Nice


Very nice kitchen and a pretty garden behind the house, a beautiful quiet beach is only a short walk away, where you can enjoy the calm water of Dominicas west side. The lady managing the apartment was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Great Stay!!


We had a great stay! A nice beach is on the other side of the road, also some supermarkets are close by. The apartment is basic and clean and comes with everything you need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, hot water in the shower and Airconditioning. The host was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. She even washed our laundry over night and we got it back early in the morning. That was a great service! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone who is looking for an affordable apartment in Portsmouth.
