Description

Kathy and Rex in a labor of love built this as a B&B in 2013. However, due to Covid-19 the B&B is now a whole house vacation rental. We've created a place that we would like to find, and it's perfect for family get-togethers and reunions. We hope that our vision makes your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The floor plan came from a horse barn, and we carried that theme throughout.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS: With 7 Rooms each with a private bathroom you can relax comfortably.
If you've ever stayed at one of those old Victorian homes converted into a B&B, you will love the comfort of your own bathroom.
 
AREA ATTRACTIONS, Centrally Located, Located half-way between Austin & San Antonio on the North side of Canyon Lake, there are too many area attractions to list. The Lake, River, Wineries, Caverns, Shopping, Music, etc...
Of course there's Gruene Hall, Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, Wimberley, San Antonio, Austin, Boerne and more, all less than an hour away.

Located in Canyon Lake, Lazy H Lodge is 1 mile from the lake and 9 miles from tube outfitters on the Guadalupe River. Potter's Creek Park and Canyon Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country and Central Texas Bonsai Exhibit at Jade Gardens. Ready for a night out? Consider Whitewater Amphitheatre. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking/biking trails and ziplining. Guests appreciate the house's quiet location.

At Lazy H Lodge, weve designed everything on the inside and out with you in mind. Our ranch-themed vacation rental has everything that you need to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Whether youre here for a peaceful getaway or need to book our venue for a special event, we live next door and can ensure that your experience is unforgettable. Each of our seven rooms is equipped with its own bathroom, giving you the privacy that you need to have a stress-free visit. The master suite upstairs has a kitchenette and it's own living room with a sofa and futon, so the home can sleep 16 people. If youre in the mood to be active and have a little fun, though, there are plenty of activities near our lodge to take part in. Weve created this space to be somewhere that youd love to find, so stop on by and enjoy.

Wonderful hosts


What a lovely place to relax. The grounds are just beautiful. Each room has its own bathroom and shower. You have your own outside door so you don’t disturb anyone else if you come in late. Rex and Kathy are wonderful hosts. We will be going back!

We just spent a weekend away from Houston, and this place is amazing! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the surroundings. The hosts are great people. Thanks to Rex and his wife we\'ve had a very relaxing weekend. Is definitely a place where we gonna return soon.

Wonderful Place!


We just spent a wonderful relaxing weekend here with some friends so we could attend an anniversary party down the road at Fischer Hall. Met and visited with the other guests at breakfast and in the late evening. Rex held the fort down while his wife was out of town and did a spectacular job being the host. From a delicious breakfast to just sitting outside and drinking a beer with us and other guests. Very relaxing, laid back and immaculate. We will return sometime and will recommend to friends.
