Centrally located in the anchorage of the capital, Roseau, it is 3 -5 minutes drive to and from the capital and 15 – 50 minutes drive to and from most major places of interest .

beautiful guest house


Seaworld is a very beautiful guest house, located only 20 minuts away by walk from the center town of the capital. You can enjoy incredible sunsets and some rainbows during the dawn from the terrace, and take a break in the pool in front of the sea. You must go to the bar of the house and taste some local drinks with the bartender, so much fun! Decima also help us to move around the island. It was a comfortable stay.

We stayed one night in sea world guesthouse. We enyoyed the spacious terrace and great views. Decima replied quickly and gave helpful advice. The rooms are simple and the matress a bit worn out.

Great!!


Nice clean room and bathroom. Generally the place felt run down and not bright and cheery like photos but I understand that everyone is recovering from hurricane still. Very busy road outside to walk to into town but can get a bus. Open common areas with nice sea view but didn\'t meet any other guests there.

Great Stay!


A bit far from downtown. Nothing around the hotel. Bad internet connection. No lights in the bathroom. No hot water. The cleanliness of the pool is dubious.
