Great Weekends but Loud Exterior Building Construction from 8am til 5pm Monday through Friday and pool closed in Nov til April. More than ocean front, we are right on the sand with wifi and almost a mile of gated, undeveloped, pristine beach. Because its undeveloped the stars pop out like no where else in Panama City Beach. It has a premium brand new mattress and  brand new $2000 leather sleeper sofa. Remodeled brand new white quartz full kitchen, dishwasher, frige, and brand new induction cook tops with a new-wave style oven. Completely remodeled bathroom includes a vaulted ceiling a brand new JACUZZI tub with travertine surround. A new ac is strong and efficient . Large gulf front pool, brand new premium 60' HDTV  There are no hidden fees or charges. Custom beach front chairs, brand new gulf front bbq's, wireless internet, go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away. We are a non-smoking condo and complex. Smoking inside the condo or in the complex will be a $100 fine. The elevator just broke and wont be fixed til the end of May...hopefully sooner.

I choose Long Beach Resort because it is the only complex to have all 3 large bedrooms gulf front with 2 gulf front balconies. It has the best water clarity and temperature anywhere. Ive been to hawaii, mediteranean, and the carribean. I have seen equal but never better.

Everything is designed to be the best...I have granite counters, travertine floors, unmatched furnishings including hand carved beds and sculptures. I have the best towels and sheets available anywhere. 70' HDTV in the living room and large HDTV's in all 3 master bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are gulf front (no one gets stuck with a view of the parking lot) and each bedroom opens on to one of the 2 gulf front balconies...unmatched anywhere!.

This was a wonderful experience for our family! We made use of the pool and easy beach access. Our condo was clean and the king bed was very comfortable!

Short, but sweet stay


My husband and I stayed for just one night before meeting up with family and the property was perfect for the two of us! It was clean and the owners were quick to respond to questions we had. It was within walking distance of two great restaurants (Sharky’s and Runaway Island) and the beach was relatively quiet (compared to big condos). We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!! Perfect size for me and my friend. Really cute place was very impressed also It was close to the beach even at night while sitting in the condo I could hear the waves. Very relaxing. Will definitely be staying here next year

The perfect quiet and mostly secluded beach that was never crowded, a huge pool that is half covered with shade (amazing), beach chairs and an awesome grilling area with lifeguard sized chairs overlooking the beach, a perfect studio condo with a beautiful view of the ocean/beach, and an awesome host who allowed us to check-in early to unload our belongings as well as being super friendly and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend!
