The unit sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The Family room and master bedroom are ocean front with balcony. Even the guest room has a fabulous view of the beach!
Featuring a 42" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms, all with DVD players and complimentary WIFI.
 
Holiday Surf 701 has been nicely updated with a fresh kitchen including both a K-cup and Drip Coffeemaker for your enjoyment, as well as new master bedroom furniture including a new Sealy mattress. The guest room also has new luxury foam mattresses for the ultimate in comfort.
 
You have the most spectacular view of the sparkling waters of The Gulf of Mexico, along with the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches that stretch for miles from 701!

As Promised - Clean and Comfortable


The room was very nice and my stay was relaxing. An excellent view of the beach. The balcony had 4 chairs and a table - it might be a tad crowded if you had 4 adults on there at one time. I would have liked a chaise lounge for relaxing/napping but I\'m sure space was an issue.

This was our second time stay at HSR. The condo did not disappoint. Everything about this place is great. We had no issues during our stay. The beach was great. The condo was great. Will 100% be back in the future!

July 4th weekend stay


Unit 701 was very clean when we arrived and offers a wonderful view of the beach. The king bed was firm but comfortable. The unit offers decent amenities and furniture but needs some updating, especially the tan carpet which has some wear/stains. The lobby, pool, tennis courts and outside areas are all well maintained and very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and recommend Holiday Surf & Racquet.
