Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, # 504, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 5th floor beachfront condo sleeping 6, located directly on the beach on Holiday Isle in Destin.
It offers fantastic views of the sugar white sand, the emerald green Ocean, and some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you will ever see.
 
A complete kitchen renovation includes Quartz counter tops,tile back-splash with copper inserts that accentuate the copper flakes in the Quartz and new stainless GE “Café” series appliances. Fossilized wood looking Eco-wood floor tile has also recently been installed throughout the condo.
 
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and a completely remodeled private master bathroom with tiled walk in shower The guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a full-size pull-out trundle bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The second also remodeled full bath, features a Delta rainfall shower and is accessible from the main hallway with a private entry from the second bedroom.
 
The living room has a new sleeper sofa with a premium Cozy mattress system and a matching love seat. The living room also features artwork by Florida artist Kevin Brant, a 50" Vizio Smart flat screen TV, DVD player, access to the balcony with it's amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
 
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a, breakfast bar for 4 and dining area with seating for 6, completing this perfect spot in paradise. The unit has in-Room High Speed Wireless Internet and there is also Wireless Internet in the lobby and pool areas
 
This gated facility has direct access to the beautiful beach, a seasonally heated pool, two tennis courts with FREE racquets available for guests, shuffleboard court, sauna, fitness center, coin operated Laundry facilities, a BBQ grill area, complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay (Mar 1 - Oct 30) and a Business center.
 
In addition you can take advantage of the Free on-site Unlimited DVD Now Rentals and linen exchange plus parking is always free! ( 2 cars).
Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is just minutes away from the "Harbor Walk" boardwalk, with it's dining options and many attractions that include multiple opportunities both on and off the water. Fireworks can be seen from our beach every Thursday night, in season and it's just a short drive to upscale shopping, premium outlet stores and a myriad of restaurants and bars.

Great condo in Destin. Property is very well maintained, and staff is very responsive. Unit 504 was nicely remodeled and very clean. Not much storage available for long term renters. With all the updates, surprising the master toilet was not replaced. It needs it! Love the location and the amenities, pool, beach, tennis, etc.
