Holiday Surf 416 is the perfect place to start your very own family tradition. This one bedroom, one bath, newly updated unit sleeps up to 4 with a new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable and accommodating sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen has been recently remodeled with Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances which also provides a new open floor plan and an unimpeded view of Destin’s pristine emerald gulf waters. Capture the breathtaking sunset from your very own private beach-front balcony with it's stunning Ocean views.
This unit is conveniently located on the 4th floor by the laundry facilities and our free linen exchange.

The Condo was clean, great views and amenities. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, DVD’s as well as easy access to beach. The daily beach service with chairs and umbrella was fantastic. Front desk staff were always polite and very helpful. Should upgrade the mattress and sofa sleeper to further improve experience.

Overall, our experience was very positive. Check in and check out easy and straightforward. Electronic entry into the rental was easy and efficient. View to the ocean was great. Included chairs and umbrella at the beach definitely a plus. Rental was clean. Security gates were important benefits as well.
