This is large studio located on the 6th floor. It has  a comfortable king size bed, a living area with a 55' HDTV, a large dresser, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs and a buffet cabinet for extra tableware storage. The efficiency kitchen has a sink, a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, a microwave oven,  a coffee maker, a blender,  a toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and tableware for 4.  
 
Origin at seahaven resort in located across the street from the gulf of mexico. It has easy access to the beautiful white beaches of panama city beach. This unit is on the 6th floor. The building has 4 elevators, covered parking, fitness room, poolside grilling, arcade, on-site laundry room, a huge heated zero edge swimming pool and a hot tub overlooking the gulf of mexico, and an in-house  movie theater. It is minutes away from pier park - a 900,000 square feet family entertainment complex with shopping, dining, amusement park. It's walking distance to see the dolphins at gulf world marine park, a short walk to many golf courses, putt-putt golf, jet ski rentals, fishing, boating, sailing and lots of other great vacation activities!

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp (Vietnam Veteran), I worked and retired from the auto industry. I now reside in Panama City Beach, 8 miles from the condo.
Why Chon Garcia chose Lower Grand Lagoon
We discovered Panama City Beach during the Spring Break of 1984. We had so much fun here that my wife and I kept on coming back after our children have graduated from college. We decided to retire here because of the beauty of the beaches and because we enjoy watching children and adults alike having fun.
What makes this Condo unique
We take pride in our condo and we are responsive to any of guests' needs. Because we are local, we deal with our guests directly, from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I offer 10% discount to active duty military. OORAH!!!

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Awesome place


Very easy and nice!spent my honeymoon there! Nice pool and hot tub! Just a short walk to the beach! Also had a Sunset deck.... beautiful pictures and could see the whole coast! Plenty of great places to eat there

Fabulous Vacation


We had an amazing time in Panama City Beach and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and it offered everything we needed – we even found a bottle of wine and some beer in the refrigerator to make our stay a bit more enjoyable (very nice touch)! The owners were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasurable. They were very attentive to our needs and always eager to help. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Great owners and a beautiful room


We met Chon in the lobby upon arrival and he showed us the room. He was such a nice guy and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back to stay again!
