Ideal for large families, multiple couples, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, sports teams, corporate retreats, etc. Not only is this home built to allow everyone to share the memorable experience together under one roof, but it is also designed to provide each guest with the utmost level of privacy and convenience during their stay. Out of the 8 bedrooms, 6 of them are suites in which spacious bathrooms are privately connected and include a shower, toilet, sink, tiled floors, etc. And for all but 1 of the suites, the shower has a tub combination. In addition to the normal bedroom essentials, each of these suites have their own unique charm and have all the bells and whistles such as smart TV's, spacious closet space, dimmer control ceiling light and fan, elegant dresser, night stands, lamps, decorative bed frames and comforter, comfy beds.
 
There is a top notch gourmet kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, etc. The open floor plan design connects the kitchen with the comfy and spacious seating in the living room making it great for entertaining. Dining room gives the nice option to have a formal meal. Cathedral ceilings and lavish furnishings in main foyer provides for a grand entrance to the home. Connected to the side of the home is an over-sized 2 car garage with utility sink and also a hose hooked up to spigot making it convenient to unload beach gear and clean things off.
 
Huge finished basement has comfy couches, chairs, end table, etc along with cable tv providing a nice additional lounging area. Basement has various gaming amenities such as a full sized ping pong table and foosball table. These table games are ready for guests to play as the game accessories are included. Basement also has a card table stocked with poker chips & cards, and a separate tv for gaming consoles. The basement has plenty of open floor space making it a great area for kids to have fun and play safely and it is also well suited for other large group gatherings or meetings.
 
As the owner, his family, and relatives all use the vacation home at different times throughout the year, the owner takes pride in keeping the home very clean and in immaculate condition! The owner provides cleaning supplies and devices in various closets located throughout the home that the guests are welcome to use.
 
Both high speed ethernet and wireless internet is available and secure. Commercial grade washer and dryer is available in the utility room located on the 1st floor main level. Utility room also contains a half-bath, utility sink, iron, and iron-board. The large patio in backyard that is equipped with a gas grill, outside hose, comfortable outdoor furniture, plenty of outside lighting, is great for entertaining and grilling. The spacious, tree-lined backyard provides utmost level of privacy. Elegant landscape and manicured lawn in front of the home provides nice curb appeal. And it only takes a few more minutes south to get to the nearby Dewey/Bethany/Ocean City beaches or you could head the other direction going only few more minutes north in which you will arrive in Lewes known for the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and Fishing Harbor. The prime location also provides easy access to many authentic attractions and amenities. For example, Jungle Jim’s (delaware’s largest water park, also has go-carts,minigolf,etc), tanger outlet with designer and brand-name stores, and the rehoboth golf park 9-hole public course, are all under a half of mile from the home. It takes less than a minute to get to these attractions since it is only a street away and there are no traffic lights or highways to get to them. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus service just under a quarter of a mile away and it takes less than a minute to get to it since it is also just a street away. This service is very affordable and vacationers often like to use the shuttle bus since it conveniently runs throughout the day and will stop at various places of ranging distances in the rehoboth beach area such as the ocean and boardwalk, various outlets, etc.

1) Prior to the Guest’s arrival, the Guest must review, sign, and send back the Owner's Lodging Agreement prior to booking. offer the capability to upload documents on its system, so the Guest will need to provide their email and or cell phone number so that the Owner can provide Guest with the Lodging Agreement.
 
2)Bed sheets, pillow cases, and bath towel sets are not included. Owner provides an optional linen service in which the package details are listed in the Lodging Agreement.
 
3) The Owner will provide the Guest with access and home instructions prior to the Guest's arrival.

Hello! I am a sales manager for a Fortune 500 Company and am thrilled that you are interested in possibly renting our vacation property. My wife (Alicia) and I have 3 wonderful daughters and a puppy. Fletcher, the English Lab you see in the picture recently went to doggy heaven but he was such a part of our lives when we visited Chincoteague we saw this picture and thought he should be a part of the greeting since he was such a happy and fun loving dog to all. We currently reside in Hockessin, DE but I have been vacationing in Chincoteague since I was 5 years old. Chincoteague has so much to offer in what I like to do (i.e. fishing, boating, beach, claming, crabbing, jogging, biking, etc) that it makes it hard to leave when we visit.
