The space
Perfect space for 6 adults. Bunk beds are under a 200 pound limit so children between 6-12 welcome for that room in addition to the 6 adults.

Guest access
Off Street parking, plenty for 3-4 cars.

Other things to note
All holidays are three night bookings. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not able to be used.  Bonfire Pit outside!

For summer, Day passes at 7 springs (814-352-7777) for all activities (resort activities open for all for a fee), indoor and outdoor heated pools, the clay shooting as well as their restaurant, mini-golf, bowling, summer tubing, arcade room and festivals. Laurel Hill State Park for great hiking trails (especially the Pumphouse trail) and a beach area as well as non-motorized boat rentals. Ohiopyle (such an enjoyable day trip, 20-25 min away), stop at the visitor’s center for a map of hiking trials. There is also a bike trail, and you can rent bikes at Ohiopyle. Swimming area and make sure to stop and see Cucumber Falls where you can walk into the falls. Perfect summer day activity and only 2-3 miles past Fallingwater. Natural water slides at Ohiopyle as well is necessary. The ICV bike trail is four miles west and parking is available behind Somerset Trust bank on the right side. A nice flat trail for walking or biking. Bike to the Creek Side Restaurant in Indian Head open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also, the ICV Club offers great trails for quads and dirt bikes. There is a fee so contact them ahead of time.

For winter, buy ski passes and tubing passes online ahead of time. Free sled riding at Laurel Hill on Friday and Saturday nights as well as a bonfire, lights and hot chocolate are set up. Park in the North Face lot while skiing and take a cooler for lunch or a tailgate. Axe throwing, bowling, mini-golf, arcade, swimming, and hot tubs are offered at 7 Springs. Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Polymath Park. All Frank Lloyd Wright properties. Always call ahead of time for a reservation as their hours and days vary and change. Polymath Park has a wonderful restaurant called the Tree Tops. Great to take a tour and dine. Flight 93 has a museum, and a national park memorializing September 11th. Worth the visit, very well put together. Ruby Tuesday is a good place to eat in Somerset or Tailgatz close by. Clay shooting or the Spa at 7 Springs are both open all year round and the Clay Shooting has a genuinely nice restaurant to enjoy. Again, call for hours, etc. 814-352-7777. The Grille at the Clay Shooting changes hours frequently, so a call is recommended for that as well.
