Deluxe 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Ocean Front Condo on the 10th floor.  Free Linens and Departure  Cleaning included.
 
Beach Locker included, with Beach Chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a wagon for 1 easy trip to the beach!
 
Walking distance to Main Street for Shops, Restaurants and entertainment!
 
During the peak season summer months we require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Off season we can accommodate more with a flexible schedule. However, before booking please feel free to check with me first for availability, as our families use the condo often. 
 
3 Bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, features a King Size master bedroom.  Guest Rooms both have 2 queen beds, one with private bathroom and the other with private bathroom in main hallway.  The facility offers a lazy river,  indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.  Tiki Bar with fun Kid drinks and food along with Adult beverages and Happy Hour.   Exercise work out room on the 5th floor.   Call Phil Cardina

My partners and I bought this unit in July 2017, after owning unit 701 in Mar Vista since the property was built. We have been visiting the Grand Strand for 20 years and have so many fond memories shared with family and friends. North Myrtle is a favorite of ours.

its a five minute walk to downtown N. Myrtle (Main St).
If you are a golfer have no fear there are many course in and around N. Myrtle, be sure to ask me about the courses in the area.
If your looking for a diverse dining experience you wont be disappointed from Italian to seafood the area has your pallet covered.
if the kids like miniature golf, go carts or game rooms your covered.
Be sure to ask me about entrainment for the whole family

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
 
Damage and Incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Everything was perfect! No formal “check in” process, which was nice. Phil explained how to get the key, which was super easy. The condo is beautiful, with stunning views of the beach. Everything was clean and just perfect. Loved the pool area (it has a Tiki Bar!) and the gym was a nice touch. The beach of course is the star of the show! It was easy to get to. We had a blast!! I will absolutely stay here again with my family.

This is an amazing property with a great location on the beach! Phil made everything so easy with great communication! He walked us through how to locate and access the beach locker and condo. The beach locker has everything you would need including a cart to haul to the beach. The condo is spacious and VERY clean. The oceanfront view fro balcony is amazing, perfect place to have coffee in the morning and have conversation at night. The beach was not overcrowded. The pools and lazy river were perfect if you do not want to get sandy every day. The bar on property makes fantastic drinks and had lunch items. We will definitely stay here again when we visit North Myrtle Beach.

Phil is great to work with. He made checking in and checking out simple. The condo is exactly how it’s described and is wonderful. The property is exceptional and in a great location. Many owners live at the property year round so it’s a quiet and non party atmosphere. I’d move in permanently if I could.
