Charming Two Story, Two bedroom, 2.5 bath, laid back, turn of century living within an eighteen acre planned coastal village. Screened in porches on both levels of the cottage with sitting areas available on each. Nine Foot Ceilings only add to the appeal of this property.
 
Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator w/ ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave) in a fully appointed kitchen. Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Large Slot Toaster, Hand Held Mixer and Blender  provided as well. Dishes, cookware, baking pans and utensils provided to enable guests to prepare all meals within the cottage if they so desire.
 
Bar seating accommodates four guests. Dining area will comfortably seat six guests .Half bath adjacent to the Living Room with Stacked Washer/Dryer along with Ironing Board / Iron provided for client use. Living Room has new Queen sleeper sofa as well as new 47' Smart Television. Master Bedroom has queen bed with full bath with glass enclosed shower. Second bedroom has twin beds with full bath w/ tub. Both Bedrooms have new 29 ' Smart Televisions.  Cable provided as well as Internet with wireless router located within the cottage. Board games, cards, small library of books by current authors.

Growing up in Walton County, we love the water and all activities associated with it. The Port St Joe area reminds us of how Walton County once was. We had rented one of the Barefoot Cottages properties for the past 3 years. We loved the area - fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, just the laid back atmosphere in general. It's like stepping back in time- once you get here, you'll never want to leave.

Wonderful relaxing homey atmosphere.


Easy rental and host available for questions. The neighborhood pool was a huge success and the local beach state park is wonderful.

Gregg and Kelly were so accommodating and helpful. The condo was clean and spacious.


The condo was clean and spacious. Room for our family of 5. There were games for the kids and of course the pool was well used. Gregg included restaurant recommendations and they were spot on. We will definitely be back.

Great cottage!


We loved the cottage! It was really clean when we walked in and was stocked with everything we needed. They even had sand toys and a couple of beach chairs for the kids. We sadly decided to cut our stay short due to the incoming weather and didn’t get to enjoy the porches and other perks as much as we would have liked. We would definitely recommend this cottage, Port St Joe and the hosts!

What more could you ask for? The property was just right for us. Plenty of room, everything was nice and the house was clean. We love Barefoot Cottages and have stayed in a few different cottages over the last 6 years and this one did not disappoint!
