Nice Place

we had a great time in chicago, the house was in a nice location and pretty much was everything that we wanted for our stay

Comfortable, convenient & clean

Comfortable 2 bedroom unit, one block from Lincoln Square, very clean, full kitchen, delightfully decorated. Recommended!

We had a cookout in the backyard for seven which was very pleasant

Virgil was a good host and responded to our concerns.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was accurate as described. The location was wonderful. Quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, parks were 5-15 minute walk away. My purpose was to visit my son and his family. I had a 5 minute drive to Larchmont Ave. perfect for my needs. Definitely read the suggestions provided by the owner. Great place to return to after being out all day. I was pleased with amenities, cleanliness, ease of communication with owner and definitely the ambiance. It was an older place yet well cared for. Brought back memories of my grandparents homes which I enjoyed Seriously consider this property

Very nice and clean place

We had a great time in Chicago. The property was exactly as it was described and Virgil was an excellent host. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a location walking distance from good restaurants, parks and the train station to go downtown.
