Welcome to this beautiful, newly constructed bay front home on Broadkill Beach!!  With all of the views, your stay will be the beginning of a lifetime of love for Broadkill and its beautiful beaches.
 
Enter through the ground level and walk up (or use the private elevator) to the second floor with three of the four bedrooms.  There is a master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
 
The top floor has an open living area with kitchen and dining space as well as an additional bedroom with a private bathroom.  
 
Take in unobstructed views of the beach and water from the large screened in porch and open decks.  The owners have even fenced in the yard for your furry friends.
 
Property is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee and signed addendum. 
 
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
