Private boat dock with swim ladder, bring or rent a boat. Two 2-person kayaks included.  Upstairs bedroom and loft now have brand new air conditioning.

Stunning lake views across to the yacht club, very private property on Pergin Farm with 250 feet of lake frontage, but very accessible to central lake movies, nightlife and also to shopping in Oakland, Md. Furnished with high end mattresses, antiques and other unique details. Multiple decks, all with lake view, including a covered deck. Use of large boat dock is included, and suitable pets are welcome.

Custom owner-built rustic but modern home with open floor plan, massive lake-facing windows, oak beams, cherrywood floors and multiple living spaces including Living/Dining area, Game Room/Breakfast area and outdoor living spaces.

Beautiful rustic house right on the lake.


Well equipped and updated in the kitchen.The backyard was a little steep getting down to the lake but nonetheless. A wonderful house on the southern end of the lake. We will book the house again in the fall for sure

Great weekend


Had really nice extended weekend stay. House has a nice layout, generally open concept, kitchen all quality. The house is solidly built, nothing like an old lake house. Neighborhood is ver quiet and good for walks. We used the kayaks and the tube to float along the dock. The hill in back is rather steep, but didn’t present any problems for the family. The back deck mostly wraps around the house, and really enhanced our stay. Furniture was all nice and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful!!


This was our second time staying at Almost Gone. Mike is a great host, easy to contact, and very accommodating. There were beautiful new counter tops and backsplash in the kitchen, and the renovated bathroom is wonderful as well. The house is very clean, and comfortable. Amazing views from the deck are a highlight of this home, and being able to bring our dogs is a bonus. We will return!
